This home offers 5 bedrooms. The main floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, full size bathroom, living room with smart tv cable and Wifi , dining room, and main kitchen with open floor concept. From the living room there is access to large upper deck. Above the main floor there is a loft bedroom that has a trundle bed with twin size mattresses. This room has a log ship ladder for access. br The kitchen has all the amenities, dishes, cookware, electric mixer, mixing bowls, blender, coffee maker, small and large utensils. The lower level has a living room, dining room, half kitchen. there is a bedroom with full size bed. There is a full size mattress that sleeps two people in the living room as well. Full size bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer. The lower level walks out to two concrete covered patios with tables and lots of seating. Outdoor area also has a large charcoal grill, a Blackstone gas grill and a fire pit area. Parking available for up to four vehicles on the driveway and one on the side of the garage. No room for boat trailers.br The dock has a 12x30 boat slip for your convenience. There is great fishing right off the dock with a fish cleaning station. The fish cleaning station has fresh water on one side and lake water on the other. The dock has a wet bar with tables and chairs. The swim platform has loungers, water slide, diving board, and a high dive. There is 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, a lily pad, and a paddleboat included for your fun. br The cove is one of the calmest places on the lake for family fun. Very wide spacious cove to go skiing, tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding, jet skiing, or just a nice relaxing swim with your favorite beverage. The cove is centrally located by boat to several hot spots on the lake (Lake Burger, Coconuts, Jolly Rogers, and Horny Toad). Town is ten minutes away with grocery stores, Indian Rock golf course, restaurants, and a movie theater.br PLEASE NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOME! If the couple has 2-3 kids it is allowed. The house is really nice but it is not set up to host large families or more than 3 adults.brbrParking is plentiful and very easy. The parking area is flat. The owner of this home owns the Gas Hole gas dock/Beautyview Resort next door. There is a ramp on site and trailer parking. There is a large canoe and 2 kayaks available to use at no charge during your stay.

From November to April the water drops significantly via Ameren's Bagnell Dam water draw down in anticipation for the spring rain. Both sofas are sleeper's with premium comfy mattresses; no bars in your back with these! It also features a private swim dock, gas grill, 2 decks, 3rd is halfway down to the dock, Pedalboat, 3 Kayaks, fire pit, and so much more! A fully equipped kitchen! The swim platform on the dock is complete with a 4 person patio table and chairs, swim ladder, There is a jet ski ramp for you to use. This location has an incredible area for swimming. The cove is super calm and a no wake area perfect for using the kayaks and paddle boat; it's super fun! Lake Burger is at the beginning of the cove. Via boat these other restaurants about 10 minutes by water to Horny Toad & Shady Gators, Coconuts, and Jolly Rogers.brbrThis lake property is geared for families for family fun and memory making. Located on approximately 170 acres of land in Morgan County, Missouri on Highway 135 just minutes from the town of Laurie, this property is secluded, yet close to all major amenities in the area.brbrThe Desperado is a rural piece of property situated on approximately 170 acres of land just off Highway 135, northwest of Laurie, MO and is comprised of beautiful rolling hills and ridges. The acreage includes many varieties of hardwood trees, but is recognized for its stunning dogwood and redbud trees that bloom in the Spring. The Lodge is rustic, yet has abundant space and all of the modern conveniences of home.brbrThe Desperado Lodge was completely remodeled in 2021 and consists of an open floorplan kitchen, living, and dining area that is ideal for large families and entertaining. The fully-stocked kitchen boasts brand-new, stainless-steel appliances, including a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. It is also well-equipped with dishes, cookware, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, electric can opener, crockpot, and more. There is a large, walk-in pantry in the kitchen behind a sliding barn door that provides plenty of storage space and access outside.
