Keyes to the Beach House

We had an excellent trip! 7 adults and 1 dog and we all had plenty of space to spread out. Peggy and Mark were great hosts and the property is well maintained and so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Loved being on the water!

I’m a mid 40’s professional with 6 kids. It’s pretty hard to get all the kids together and still enjoy ourselves. We like to be off the beaten path. At first I was a little worried we would not have much privacy with the owners so close. I didn’t want a babysitter (I’m too old). But it was in fact a huge bonus for them to be close. If we needed anything they were there. My daughter had an ear problem and I reached out to see if they knew of any walk in clinics. They responded and even offered ibprofin or a heating pad. That was very appreciated!! The land offers the opportunity for families to be close but still have their space. We have kids 14-25 so that was really great! The house was clean and ample supplies. Master bed was great and I didn’t hear complaints from the kids on theirs. No cheap k-cups either so you have good coffee. The upstairs deck off the master was an amazing parent break. We docked a pontoon on site. The kids fished and caught abundance. Paddle boards and kayaks were also a big hit. The fire table was a huge hit at dinner!! Kids stayed at dinner longer just to chat. Love that! We just got back from Italy and I can say without a doubt I’d pick this house for a week over Italy any day. Side note- we bow fish at home and my only regret is not having the bow. Bow fishers on boats were really hitting a lot of carp in that area. So if that’s your thing- don’t leave it at home!! This was the most peaceful trip- party of 10 and no stress for Mom and Dad!!

Our stay was wonderful! Everything you could need to enjoy your time on the lake. The Host was so welcoming and helpful. Looking forward to coming back soon!

The property was clean and inviting. Dock was great for tons of family fun! The front yard was wonderful for games and an easy walk to the dock. Perfect spot on the lake for a family that likes water sports and swimming. Would rent again.

The outdoors area is beautiful and spacious! Grand Daughters loved the beach area and swing set! Really enjoyed our stay!

Views are hard to beat! Plenty of space for our family of 8. GMA GPA Mom Dad and 4 kids ages 0-9. Dock was popular hang out and game room was the perfect spot for a rainy afternoon. Flat property with a view!?! WOW. Easy tie up to dock for our boat rental. Scooters rental delivered and picked up from the house! Great perk! Multiple decks for a change of view and hot tub was used after the rainy cold front swept through. Our family really enjoyed our stay at the property. Thanks for letting my fam create memories at your home!

What an amazing property to kick back and relax! The house and grounds are immaculate. The steps leading into the lake and the perfect dock set-up allowed our family of 8 to enjoy the water and soak up some sun. We really enjoyed Lake Burger (accessible by a 5- minute car OR boat ride,) and Jolly Roger’s (also a short boat ride). However cooking at the house was also a lot of fun with a blackstone/griddle and grill both provided on the expansive covered deck. Our 4 teenagers were never bored and loved having their own game room. Great vacation!! Thank you Peggy!

The property is great. Unlike most lake homes it is a gentle slope to the water, not a mountain climb. The location is just right--close enough to grocery stores but not too close, and boat traffic is moderate unlike the congestion near Osage Beach. The house has everything you could ask, and more with the frisby golf and small beach. We could, and did, sit on the back porch for hours enjoying the hot tub and the view.

We spent a long weekend here with another family and this house worked so perfectly for us! We loved the location, the large lot, the great decks, the awesome dock, and the extra amenities of the kayaks and the lillypad provided! We are likely going to make this a yearly trip for our families and this will be the first house we look to book!
