We are a 4 minute drive to the Lake's fabulous Coconuts swim up bar and the new family friendly Bananas Kids Waterpark. 10 minutes drive to awesome Lake Burger or Maggies! 4 bedroom, 4 bath suite dual level. Each level comfortably sleeps 9 with 2 queen beds, one on bottom bunk, 2 twin beds, pull out full couch and pull out chair twin bed. Fully equipped kitchens, bathroom and covered deck with seating. Dock comes w/ rental. minimum 3 night rental.brThe spacebrA paved wooded road leads you to the property. Ample parking available. The left side of the house leads you to the lower level entrance. A full bath on your right, then you will see the fully equipped kitchen. As you turn the corner, you are greeted with a beautiful view of double doors straight out to the water. The dining and living room and both bedrooms have great views of the dock and cove.brThe living room can easily sleep 3 adults with a pull out full bed and pull out twin bed.brThe bedrooms are equipped with TVs and Amazon firesticks. The bedroom to the left sleeps 4. With a direct view of the lake and walk-in closet.brThe master bedrooms are my favorite! The light in the morning is beautiful. Doors leading out to the deck is perfect for your morning coffee or late night glass of wine. Enjoy your vacation at a great family friendly lakefront cabin located on the 4 mile marker of the Gravois Arm. Walk out onto a large lakeside deck on a level lot for lake and dock access. This property has a boat slip for your boat, or rental, and a jet ski lift for you to use. This property has a stunning view of the Gravois arm/Mill creek intersection so close to Lake Burger you could almost swim there. There is a full kitchen with gas range, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, and endless kitchen supplies. There are two spacious bedrooms with smart TV's, a full bath upstairs and downstairs, and a pull out couch in the living area for added sleeping. The large open living/dining area and sun room have an amazing lake view with breathtaking sunrises right straight out. Also there is a laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There are several popular restaurants very close by water or road such as Lake Burger, Coconuts with a great pool for children and additional pool for adults. Tap and Grill and Jolly Rogers are just a short boat ride away. Additional restaurants and attractions close by car include Red's BBQ with live music, Chances R, Captain Rons, Frankie and Louies, and Paradise. Town and Country market in Laurie is just 8 miles away and if your in to spelunking Jacobs Cave is just a 15 minute ride away. This is a great location for fisherman with a boat ramp just 6 miles from the property in Gravois Mills. Parking is limited with just two dedicated parking spaces but your manager has a spot for your boat trailer on the connecting property.
