Recently renovated and located on the Gravois arm of the lake. Has 2 decks and a large dock with a swim platform. Excellent fishing right off of the dock. Enjoy the great view and even some exotic animals to see up the street. Nice area to enjoy a run or a walk. It includes a 20ft boat slip if you would like to bring your boat and enjoy restaurants on the water. Also, we have the house next door for rent too. Message me if you would like the info for it.

Stayed Aug 10, 2025Perfect getaway for a couple days. Loved being able to walk down the stairs and onto the dock to swim and hang out. Owner was helpful and easy to get in contact with.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Check in was seamless. Cleanliness was a bit short. Electric grill had a large grease fire when cooking. Had not been previously cleaned. Hide a bed was dirty. Gate to the deck stairs was damaged.This my not sound great. But besides that, I loved the place. Coming back next year. Hope to be able to stay here then. Was fantastic.

Stayed May 23, 2025Coffee pot was EXTREMELY slow. (2-3 hours). Ants were a problem. Had to get the lockbox code from the neighbor.Owner never responded to any communication. (several texts and phone calls)

Stayed Oct 4, 2024We have stayed in this house 4 years in a row for a bass tournament and it's always an enjoyable trip. House is always clean and it works out perfect for us because there is an open boat slip on the dock and a boat ramp a couple houses down! I highly recommend!!
