Great unit and location. We enjoyed the stay.

The room was very nice and the location couldn’t be better. I loved being right downtown—there was a concert going on down the street, and you could feel the energy of all the people, which was awesome. All the restaurants are super close, just a short walk away, and parking is only about a block and a half. Great spot to stay if you want to be in the middle of everything.

Great property in the heart of Columbia. Perfect option for a parent/family visiting the campus with their new student or prospective student. Very comfortable!

This is a charming efficiency apartment that is great for an overnight stay. Located in the hear of downtown Columbia, there are plenty of dining and shopping options to enjoy. It is also a few blocks from Mizzou. The only downside is that it is a 4th floor walk up. While you do get your cardio in, pack lightly!

We attended a concert at the blue note, the venue was just a few minutes walk down the street. The room was nice and would be a perfect place to stay if attending any event in the area. You have an included parking spot with the room which is a huge plus.

Check in - super easy!Great condo. Loved the place and the location. Water pressure in the shower was light. I couldn't figure out if shower head had adjustable settings.Nicely stocked with snacks, water and coffee.

We enjoyed our stay in downtown Columbia! Perfect location for Sparky’s and all of the downtown eateries.The dedicated parking spot worked out well!Communication with the owner was excellent!We don’t have enough good things to say about our stay. Getting to the 4th floor without an elevator did not bother us, but it may be a concern for some.I would not hesitate to stay at this location again!

We stayed one night on as we were riding the Kary Trail. Location and accomodations are wonderdul as was the host. One thing to note is that this is a walk up with no elevator for those that can't do stairs. Overall great stay!

The listing says sleeps 3 adults. Does not say one bed is an air mattress. The bathroom door is frosted glass that is see through when the bathroom is steamy. We had to make other arrangements for our 3rd person due to the space and see through door.

A great space to explore Columbia from. Was right downtown, easy to grab food & drink near by and walk around the town. Was great to have coffee in the room. Easy check in process, perfect for our two night stay. Thank you for having us!

Property is very nice, but the check-in and parking process is a bit complicated. The instructions for both are are very specific, thorough, and complete. But if you're very casual, skim instructions, or just don't follow them very well, you may well get irritated in the process. Fortunately, the instructions sent the day before also include a phone number to call if you get flummoxed.

The suite was exactly as described. Great location for a campus visit when you want to stay downtown to enjoy the restaurants and bars. The suite was clean and organized with a nice view of the street below. Conveniently located above a bagel restaurant for a delicious breakfast.
