9th St. Beals Loft Downtown Columbia

The condo was perfect for our family and had all the amenities. Perfect location and management was fantastic.

Stayed for a Stephens College Reunion. Fantastic location, comfortable space and easy spot for a weekend in Columbia with friends.

Great location for Mizzou

Absolutely perfect spot to enjoy COMO.

Discovered some machines and they were checked out, but they are needed to drown out the noise from the street. Lots of partying. Location is great and owner was responsive condo showed three bedrooms one with two beds but only one exists. They are two futon couches that for that two beds which are nice too.

Check in was as described and went smoothly. Everything was fresh and clean and pleasant. As noted, it is on the second floor and parking is some distance away, so be prepared for that. The windows face a busy street, but the blackout curtains kept out the lights and the provided white noise machine was necessary.

In the heart of it! Great place and so convenient for football games and downtown fun. Place was clean and host was communicative as I had questions before our stay. There was some street noise late but we expected that given it was a big football weekend.

A fantastic location for college friends reuniting for the weekend. The rooms were spacious; the amenities were thoughtful and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. The living room was great for gathering and resting after game day. The comfort of the space outweighed the sounds of street below and guests above. I highly recommend this loft for neighborhood and campus walkability. Host was a great communicator.

We stayed while moving our son into Mizzou. We stayed in one of the same host’s properties before and had a great stay and this was just as enjoyable! It’s not our preferred location to Mizzou and downtown.

Enjoyed our weekend stay in CoMo. Property was perfect and convienent to everything.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed in this place and it never disappoints. It’s clean and there’s always so many amenities that are even there when you forget your shampoo or anything. For the type of trip that we try to do every couple years which is live down memory lane this place is perfect. Location is easy to get to campus that we love to stroll and the restaurants we loved to dine at. Will definitely be back! Thanks Cory. Cheers

Great location within walking distance of Columbia downtown restaurant/bar district. Stayed 1 night to watch HS state basketball tourney. Had a minor issue with having the wrong code to access entry to the property, but owner was very responsive, and it was resolved immediately. Were able to get in at noon rather than typical 4:00. Slept 8 easily and could have accommodated 10.

Great space, clean, wonderful location.

We were visiting the university and stayed in the condo. It was very convenient and centrally located in the downtown area. It was about a 10 minute walk to the university which was great. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags in the unit while we toured the campus. Thanks for your flexibility.

Perfect, location, clean, well maintained for a weekend in Columbia. Never needed our car and had a great time visiting our daughter at MIZZOU.

Had a great stay. Unit was everything it indicated except that one room did not have a second bed as was indicated in the write up. Unit was very clean, with lots of room and all the nice extras that the better VRBO units have. Location was unbelievable. Downtown on 9th street close to everything. We will stay there again.

We loved this property! So close to everything in downtown & campus, super convenient. Besides the location the host is amazing. Super responsive and they have thought of everything in this property. Extra fans, noise machines in each bedroom, waters in fridge, chocolates, and more. We would stay here again for sure. We will be back!
