Farmhouse located close to I-70 and minutes from MU campus

This property was conveniently located and very clean. We had a large group and this property gave us the ability to spread out in our own rooms but also had room for us to meet as a group. Something we could not have done in a hotel. Everyone in our group was happy with the arrangements. The host was attentive, easy going, and hands off at the same time. We look forward to returning in subsequent trips.

The host, Patrick, was terrific (especially through technical issues with VRBO’s site). We enjoyed watching the chickens (while we ate some of their eggs left for us by Pat). We also enjoyed visiting with the farm cat, Chip. Beds were comfy. The sheets were soft and inviting and we slept well in the quiet of farm.

Loved it! Friendly and communicative host and had all the amenities we needed! Will be back if in the area!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! Our house was so easy to communicate with!! The house was clean and just a short drive to MU. Very comfortable beds too! The orange tabby cat was super friendly and we kind of wanted to keep him.

Quiet rural setting. Very relaxing. Enjoyed the chickens and the cat. Nice patio under a beautiful yellow maple tree. Great beds and linens, nice decor, kitchen well stocked. Good communication with host. You won’t be disappointed with this house!

The host was easy to communicate with! The house was clean, cozy, and perfect location for our weekend getaway to Columbia/Rocheport for a family wedding. Everything was very clean, beds were very comfortable, and checking in and out was easy!! Highly recommend!! 10/10 for sure!!

Great stay for Parents weekend once again! An easy 8 minute uber ride to campus area makes this house awesome as it's quiet and away from the busy congested areas but still close. Lots of bedrooms to stay with a big group! Pat is a great host!!

Enjoyed a private stay at this farmhouse with beautiful grounds, a large kitchen, comfy beds! Everything about this house is comfortable a large dining table and sectional sofa plenty of space for family. Plenty of parking. Overall super stay, including fresh eggs from the chickens outside.

We stayed at this property during the State Wrestling Tournament and it was perfect for us. It was very clean and spacious. It's a great location, within 15 minutes of the main part of Columbia. The host was very friendly and communicative. Would absolutely stay there again.

Great time for Thanksgiving, Even provided snow which our Texas grandkids loved.

Pat was a great host! The communication was quick and clear. The house had plenty of space and so many sleeping options! Very convenient location. We would love to stay again if our travels take us back to Columbia.

We had a quick overnight on our way through town. The house was exactly as listed, plenty of space for our family of 7, clean and had everything we needed. Pat was very helpful and communicative about check in since the house had been painted and is a little tricky to find in the dark. Will definitely stay here again next time we come through.

Loved the easy of getting to it , the large rooms and the open areas that my twin granddaughters loved to play in...The girls loved. all the animals... This house was perfect! Easy access to I-70, but far enough away for peace and quiet. Easy drive to Columbia to watch the Tigers! The place was clean and very spacious! The only negative would be the Roosters get you up pretty early! Great place, we will look to stay here again in the future!
