Come stay in our beautiful, 2 bed, 2 bath, newly renovated condo located in South Columbia: South Hampton Villa-https://corporatelake.com/ It's a very quiet area with lots of trees and squirrels. There are dog walking trails throughout the area and beyond. Park is one block away. Those who live here are mature adults. It is a very safe, family oriented area. This is NOT a party zone and parties are NOT allowed.
We have a split layout. It is convenient with one bedroom and 1 bath downstair

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Wonderful location close to Rock Bridge State Park where we went hiking. The condo was beautifully decorated with comfortable rooms. The kids loved the snacks. Our host was amazing and very responsive!

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We stayed at Kris’ place for a couple of nights and had a wonderful experience. Communication was great, check-in was easy, and the place had everything we needed plus some. The beds were comfortable and there were nice added touches like breakfast items, snacks, fresh fruit and things in the fridge we might need. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Nov 29, 2024We brought our family to town to visit our Mizzou senior daughter and to attend the Mizzou - Arkansas football game. It was perfect for our purpose. The property was just as advertised. It was updated, very clean and slept us all comfortably. From a fresh snack tray to frozen beverage mugs in the freezer, the host went above and beyond what we typically experience to make us feel very welcomed into the home. Our daughter is a senior, so unfortunately we won't be making many trips back to Columbia, but I would definitely book here again if we did.
