Very pleasant stay, location is excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! Condo is beautiful and in an ideal location, communication with our host was easy and prompt. We look forward to staying again on a future visit!

This was such a great location! Walkable to everyplace in Saugatuck. The condo was very clean and had a well appointed kitchen. Lots of towels and spare bedding and other nice touches like filtered water in the fridge. The rooms were comfortable and functional. Brendan was very responsive and dealt with the minor glitch we had quickly and pleasantly.Brendan gave clear instructions and great tips for things to do in the area.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean, great location to shopping and restaurants. All the communication was great and spot on with all the recommendations.

We loved our stay at the Downtown Saugatuck Condo. The location was in a great spot and the space is very nice, clean and quiet. It's the perfect size for three friends on a getaway. Brenden was a super responsive and generous host. Being able to jot right downstairs for an excellent dinner at the Singapore Room was a bonus - especially since it was raining!

We have stayed here for the 3rd time. The place is clean, board games available, beds are comfortable, location is awesome and communication is great. Can’t say enough about this place. Highly recommend and we will be back again.

Brenden is a great host…welcoming and available if anything is needed. The location of the condo was perfect walking distance to everything. The condo itself was very clean and organized. Had an awesome girl’s weekend with my family!!

This condo has an absolutely perfect location in Saugatuck. It's located right in the center of town yet it is slightly tucked away so is quiet too. The waterfront is also only a few minutes away. The owner was very responsive and easy to reach.

Great condo. Location made it easy to go to downtown shops and restaurants. Well decorated and had all the supplies you could need. Attentive owner who provided helpful information. We very much enjoyed our friends get together there!!

Close to everything. Layout is fine for sleeping & hanging out. Would be very tough to have 8 people in the house. There was an issue with ants while we were there. Owner was very responsive. Seems like it’s surface cleaned but could use a deep clean.

Amazing location and great communication with host the decor and set up was superb with a great floor plan! Caution floors are very noisy and walls are thin windows have no screens and blinds let light in don’t plan on sleeping much!

The apartment was clean and the host was so nice and responsive. It’s close to shopping and restaurants. The only issue for us was that the place isn’t very soundproof so there’s a chance that the neighbors might want to party into the wee hours. We would still consider renting it again.

This condo had everything we needed for comfort and more. Host is exceedingly amazing with response and the info available. Great spot within walking distance of everything-big plus. Love

This condo was so close to everything downtown. We walked to restaurants, shops, and our spa appointment. The host was very responsive to all of our questions and he made checking in and out very easy. Place was very clean with comfortable beds and everything we needed in terms of amenities. I would definitely recommend.

This condo was in a perfect location and has such a well-thought out design with everything needed in a compact and comfortable space. Nicely decorated but with room to put everything. An added help was having drawers and closets labeled so things were easy to find. Brenden was a kind and friendly host. We are grateful that we found such a perfect spot and that we could bring our sweet dog along! The beautiful snow was an added feature! We can’t wait to stay here again. Thank you!
