There are 2 full bathrooms. The master bath contains a large jetted tub and double vanity. There is a TV and DVD player in the living room. Active beaver dams can be found at the nearby Mill Creek Discovery Park.br• You don't have to go far for hiking or biking, there is a 62 mile trail across the road from the cottage that you can traverse from Gaylord to Mackinaw City. Wilderness State Park is a short drive away and offers amazing beaches and several hiking trails. The Headlands and the International Dark Sky Park are located 15 minutes away. Northern Lights can be seen from time to time. There are plenty of festivals and events in the area to enjoy.br• The 4th of July celebration in Mackinaw City is one of the best in the State and the Labor Day Bridge Walk attracts thousands to enjoy the annual opportunity to cross the Mighty Mac Bridge on foot. Two bedroom cabin, bedroom one has a queen bed with dresser ( includes sheets, blankets and pillows), bedroom two has bunk bed double on bottom and twin on the top ( linens included) and dresser. One bathroom with higher toilet and tiled shower ( towels included )No tub. Kitchen has fridge, range, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, air fryer and includes all kitchen supplies. Living room couch, recliner and tv and vcr/dvd. Enclosed sun porch off the front of the cabin with a sofa sleeper couch (queen size) , sit and enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or your favorite beverage and a good book and enjoy the lake. Located on a dead end country road in a residential area. By lake side nice swimming area, boat dock to tie your boat up, deck with table and chairs and a built in fire pit area to sit and relax and roast some marshmallows. Paddle boat included with rental. After September, boat dock is removed from the water. Allow dogs (maximum 2), we ask they not be left while out site seeing. Most animals tend to bark the while quests are gone and this is not pleasant for the neighbors. There is an additional charge of $150 per pet per stay. If 2 dogs, contact owner to add an additional charge, it only adds a charge for 1 upon booking. Owner have to add manually.

This is a custom built home on the northeast side of Burt Lake. Located near the tip of Greenman's Point, o on you will have some of the most spectacular sunsets the lake has to offer. The 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has an open floor plan featuring a large gourmet kitchen, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The windows surrounding the home make it feel as though you are sleeping on top of the water. Views of the lake can be seen from almost every room in the home. brbrJust 15 minutes from Burt Lake State Park, 30 minutes from Petoskey and 20 minutes from Mackinaw City. The house is located a few minutes from the North Central State Trail (“rail trail”), which is an excellent biking/hiking trail. Area ski hills are just a half an hour away. brbr12 Maximum Guests.
