Very convenient walk or bike ride to central Sconset for fine dining and Sconset Market provisions.....like fresh breads, a world selection of cheeses, morning coffee, pastries and beloved evening ice cream cones. Don't forget the children's playground near the Sconset beach access. brThe house is a short(400yd) walk to the beach with a private access way. A king bedroom and a double twin bedroom are on the second floor. Each has a decorative fireplace and both open to a large western view deck for quiet afternoon reading. Our 3 season sunporch is perfect for morning coffee or after beach relaxation. brbrWalk easily to Warren's landing (12 minute walk, 5 minute bike) Eel Point, Maria Mitchell property (trails are accessible from our neighborhood) and 40th Pole beaches.
