Perfect for a multi-generational family, two families with children or for five couples. Bedrooms on first and second floors. At the end of a private oyster-shell lane, this beach house has a wonderfully quiet location yet is close to town and beaches. Adjacent to 2 acre Land Bank preserve.
The house faces south, so sunlight floods the living room, great room and kitchen. It has a light and airy feel. There's an outdoor shower, of course. Large deck and large Weber gas grill, too.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Pros: Location, beautiful home and garden, lots of comfortable space for our group, gracious property managerCons: Not stocked with essentials. We shouldn't be worrying about stocking up on toilet paper and trash bags while on vacation. Host’s attitude makes you feel like you need to apologize and tread carefully to stay at their home. Threats of “intentionally high” fees if you don’t read the laundry list of rules. Early 9am on the dot Checkout, or else “substantial” rush cleaning fee. Feeling welcomed makes a difference. (Also, no full sized mirrors in the house. No mirrors whatsoever in the master.)

Stayed Jun 19, 2025Great stay! We had multiple generations in the lovely Brant Point home for a family wedding. We could walk everywhere so did not need a car. Kids went to Children's Beach and adults could walk into town. We also rented bikes to go anywhere on island. The house was perfect and the owners were wonderful to deal with. Lots of good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and pillows, and the main room had a wonderful dining area with window seat to fit a large crowd. But our favorite spot was sitting on the front swings enjoying the beautiful weather. We highly recommend.

Stayed Aug 13, 2023We had a fantastic time in Nantucket. The house is close to town but also in a quiet neighborhood, so everything was super accessible. The yard gave us great space to be outside, and everything about the house was high quality and comfortable.
