Beautiful Nantucket Home Near Beach With Pool - Sleeps 14

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The layout was perfect for our group, well-stocked, and exactly as described. With beautiful weather, we spent much of our time enjoying the backyard and outdoor dining area. The location was ideal—walking distance to Miacomet Beach, 45 Surfside for breakfast, and even a longer walk into town for a workout. Jeff was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. We’d highly recommend this property and hope to return ourselves!

My friends and I went on a girls weekend for the Nantucket stroll and stayed at 14 Ellens. The house is gorgeous, and the number of beds/bathrooms made it perfect for a group of women. We are already planning our stay next year!

Expectations were high for our stay in Nantucket and Jeff's house certainly exceeded all. Unfortunately we had poor weather while on the island so the use of this property's open floor plan and ample entertainment space made a positive impact on our visit. We had the most amazing time staying at Jeff’s home. We made lifelong memories with our family and friends! The home was stunning, we had amazing pool days, lovely morning coffee on the porch and some great evening dinners enjoying the backyard. Everyone had comfortable beds, enough space to feel settled and great openness to the home flow. We will definitely be back.

Jeff’s house was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for our group of 13. We loved the neighborhood and taking a morning walk to the beach!

The house was just as promised. Clean, well kept and looked just like the pictures. The owners are responsive when we had a quick (non urgent) question and having a pool was great for the kids. I would definitely recommend this place!

We hosted a group of friends for a week on Nantucket. The house was great, the host very attentive. All in all, a great place for us to stay.

Our group throughly enjoyed our stay. The home is expansive and well appointed, the pool refreshing and the surrounding grounds and proximity to the breathtaking Miacomet shoreline were spectacular. The home came equipped with ample beach chairs and umbrellas for our fairly large group, as well as a crowd-pleasing fire-pit and beautiful outdoor dining area. The kids especially loved the ping-pong table and bunk beds. Town is just a quick drive away. We plan to return for another relaxing visit to this special home on Nantucket. We couldn't be more pleased.

There are no words to describe how INCREDIBLE this stay was. It was like a utopia. Jeff was a fantastic host. Everyone said the beds gave them the best sleep of their lives. The views, the aesthetic, the sense of home. Truly, impeccable.

We had the best stay! We rented Jeff’s home for my family for our wedding week and it was beyond beautiful, clean and so stunning with the modern decor! We are already to be back same time next year!
