The Shelter also has a dartboard and other games to play. In the event of rain, this is the only covered shelter (beyond the Yome itself) that guests have access to. The Yome does not have a covered porch.brbrWe also have a grate system that allows you to cook over the open fire (grates are hanging from a tree near your fire pit).brbrA regularly maintained port-o-potty is nearby, and our full Bath House is a short walk away.brbrThere is no running water in the yome, but we have provided a 5 gallon jug with dispenser.brbrThe queen bed has soft, comfy linens, and the bunk beds have sleeping bags. Our home is situated on over an acre wooded lot with nice lake and mountain foothill views. Wayne County, boarding Tennessee, is in a known bald eagle nesting area! We also host a flock of turkeys, that live near our property, that are frequently seen and heard. The home does not have direct lake access. brbrOur home features four bedrooms and two and 1/2 bathrooms. Bedroom #1 offers a luxury king-size bed, closet and en suite bath. Bedroom #2 also has a large closet with a king-size bed. The lower-level Bedroom #3 contains a full and a set of twin bunk beds with full closet. Bedroom #4 contains a queen-size bed with large closet. Each sleeping area has it’s own flat screen TV for entertainment.brbrOur multi-level home has a full walkout basement with patio, charcoal grill, picnic table, fire table and additional seating to enjoy the relaxing natural environment and awesome views. Circling the house is a driveway that makes pulling through with your boat a breeze and provides ample parking space. No carpet in this home- hardwood floors throughout main living space and bedrooms with tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find a local craftsman made card table where you can join family and friends for a friendly game. 55 inch TVs in the living room and primary suite and 43 inch TVs in the other bedrooms. Outside, there is a large, wrap-around deck with a gazebo and plenty of yard space to spread out and enjoy outdoor games or an evening by the fire pit. Or, enjoy relaxing on the upper deck while staying in the primary suite. The 3rd floor is a large open space that we fondly call the camp site - In this area, there are enough beds for at least 5 children and lots of open floor space for sleeping bags or air mattresses. You have two levels, each comes with 4 bedrooms and two baths, also a fully equipped kitchen open to the dinning room and living room area on each floor. You have ground access to each level as well. If you do not need both floors then we can do just one for up to 10 guest. since each floor is it's own unit, there is no inside access between floors. There are stairs on the rear deck to go between floors.
