6 Bedroom home, heated private pool, person Hot tub, Waterfront Views, and more

The house was well equipped. Pool area was lovely altho the hot tub was overheating while we were there. The lower level was perfect for teens. We had an issue with the AC when we first arrived and David the property manager could not have been more helpful. The problem was corrected within a few hours.Appreciated the amenities. Plenty of towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. Overall we had a great time and it is a great place for a large crowd.

Great location for our family of 12. The pictures are not completely accurate as there have been some renovations but what we found was even better than we expected! Plenty of space and entertainment for our group ages 2-44!

We had an amazing time staying at the house. Only downfall was the weather was not great at all for Memorial Weekend, it poured the whole time we were there. So we didn't get to enjoy the pool and hottub as much as we would have like. Did not get to use the fire pit this time. All weather related!!! We will definitely be back probably in June or July (no rain) so we can enjoy the things we didn't get to as much. Thank you David for the beautiful and spacious home. It literally had everything we needed plus more.

Great place to stay with family! Quiet place with nice amenities.

Was pleasantly surprised that the pictures and description was a little different than when we gotcthere. There was certainly new construction down stairs adding an extra bathroom with shower. It was a sweet surprise! Great and quick response from owner! Loved the view and the all season room! Our family had a much needed relaxing time and shared lots of laughs. The driveway in front of the house was extremely steep. We parked on the other end of the pool house.

This is the cleanest place we’ve stayed in and we’ve rented numerous places throughout Kentucky and Tennessee. This place had everything we needed. Detergent, Kitchen accessories. We are definitely going to be staying often. Thanks so much!

Beautiful view. The game room was perfect for the girls. The pool was closed, but it is October so I am assuming that is why. Hot tub was nice to relax in. Again, the view is absolutely stunning. The house is large and roomy beds very comfortable. I didn’t take any pictures, wish I had because it was such a really nice place to stay. I also thought the price was extremely reasonable for the property.

Our 13th annual Girls Weekend was an easy success staying at this beautiful Monticello home. David was great to work with and the location was easy to get to and had plenty of parking. The views were stunning and the heated pool allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful October weekend! The hot tub was the best we have ever experienced! The fire pit area was perfect for relaxing and star gazing. The game room was fun and all the beds were comfortable. We loved it and highly recommend!

This was great all the way around. We will definitely use this property again!

Clean home, great patio off the family room, great views of the lake, everyone loved the pool and games in basement.

Beautiful home with great accommodations for a large family. The kids loved the pool, while our elderly grandfather loved the sunroom and beautiful lake view. Something for everyone.

Clean,warm atmosphere, parking was easy with multiple vehicles. The pool was awesome

We only stayed a short time but really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The lake view and fire pit were a hit as well!

My family of nine and I had a great time and plenty of room. The views are incredible. The toys including pool table and foosball were used heavily. The hot tub was very comfortable and easy to use. There were a couple of unexpected bonuses including an extra refrigerator in the garage which was very helpful for all the food we needed for Thanksgiving, and secondly that they had two sets of washers and dryers which was very helpful for a large group. The second flat parking pad beyond the pool was also very helpful for the main driveway is steep. The owners were responsive and rapid dealt with some issues of batteries being out in remotes for tv and lights and fans. The only thing that was unexpected was that one of the bedrooms is only accessible through another bedroom and the laundry is only accessible through the that second bedroom. The county the house is in is dry, but the next county over is not and since it is only 0.5 miles away, it wasn’t really an issue.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here, bummed that the pool was not open as it showed in the description of the house and was the main reason for choosing the location. If it is closed for the season, list it as such. The view is great!

Everyone loved the house! We gathered on the deck for meals, enjoyed the hot tub and pool, sat around the fire pit and made s’mores! We rented a boat one day and jet skis another day (at Conley bottom marina- also great!) and basically had a blast! Thank you so so much! It was a perfect weekend escape!
