This park also hosts a boat launch, a trail head for Tubbs Hill. The 60 mile centennial trail that begins at 9 mile Falls in Washington and ends at Higgins Point on Coeur d’Alene Lake runs right through the middle of McEuen park.

The home is well lit with windows providing natural light and boasts tall ceilings to make it feel even more open.brThe house is open and spacious with lots of windows to welcome to beautiful sunshine. brThere are many conveniences nearby, such as Riverstone Park, which is only a couple handred yards away. It is next to the Centennial Bike Trail and two miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene. The Village at Riverstone, about 1/4 mile away has many shops and restaurants to enjoy.brbrThe front door does have a RING doorbell and there is a security camera at the back of the property facing the fence, however there is NO other audio and/or video surveillance inside or outside the home and property.
