Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home in Riverstone

Very clean house! Great location in CDA. Easy access to any adventure you have planned.

Property is on a above average neighborhood with many relatively new homes. My guess is average home abd condo price is 900K to 1.2Mil range. Some higher, not many, if any lower. Can walk to multiple nice restaurants and some boutique stores and a movie theater. Walk to restaurant on the river portion. If lake Coeur d'alene. Walking and biking trail right near place as well. Exceptionally nice. There are 4 nice cruiser bikes but they needed some work. New handle grips needed on at least 2 of them and one had the chain off. We opted to not bike as couple of the days it was pretty smoky, but all on all an awesome stay. I would stay there again. One of the rooms is set up well for young children too. Very nice master bathroom, especially the large glass shower. I highly recommend a stay here. If rigth time if year I recommend the dinner cruise on the lake as well.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Riverstone. Loved the proximity to restaurants and coffee. The home was well stocked with all needed items. We enjoyed walking on the trail and riding the bikes that were provided. Would recommend this place!

This location and house was perfect. We went to silverwood and then came back to walking distance to food, movie theater and park.

This house was amazing! Great size for 5 of us and definitely could fit more. It had everything we needed plus extras like bikes, beach towels, small cooler for going to the beach. The location was perfect for doing tons of activities but being close enough to run back if we needed anything. We will definitely be staying again!

We stayed to visit with family. 4 adults. The home is beautiful! Perfect location and everything we needed was provided. The cookware and dishware and appliances were excellent! Definitely stay here again! It was our first VRBO, this home has set the bar high for any other VRBOs we book. Clean, spacious, we utilized the bbq, it worked great! Bring an amazon fire-stick if you want to view all tv channels. You cannot add apps to the Roku to login to your own tv apps. That’s about all to point out to future renters. (Netflix and other basic Roku channels were available)

We stayed here for 10 nights to visit family and spend time in the area. The house is absolutely perfect and worked well for our trip. Beds are comfortable, house is spacious and the outside patio area was used a lot. Conveniently located to grocery store, easy access to many locations and we used the Centennial Trail and Riverstone park almost daily. Completely satisfied with our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was beautiful and modern. It had all the necessities you'd hope for. The beds were super comfortable. It's just a really great space and if we come back we'll be shooting to rent this home again.

Kara's home is new and nicely appointed. Rooms were perfectly sized and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the location, with restaurants, shops and parks within easy walking distance.
