CDA Beach Spa Retreat W/ 2 Hot Tubs, Sauna and Cold Plunge and Large Patio

Fantastic house and host! Walking distance to downtown or just meander through the quaint neighborhood. I thought we would spend more time near the shops and lights but there was so much to do at the house with the sauna, hot tubs, ping pong table, pools table, cold plunge and games around the table, we were very comfortable and content to stay right where we were.

Great house for our CDA vacation, perfect for hosting dinners with cousins also in town, especially large kitchen & deck, sauna, hot tubs, and game tables. The sauna has an outdoor shower. The cold plunge is a small tub; host covered the cost of ice to stock it. Sauna & patio towels were also available. We used the bikes at the house, and the garage had space for our paddleboards. Off-street parking behind house. 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. Main floor bedroom with connecting door to downstairs bathroom was great for Grandma. Teenage boys appreciated the converted garage bedroom, adjacent to the deck. The house is older; light fixtures, plumbing, and air conditioning reflect that, but everything worked fine. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked & functional- gas stove, dishwasher, 2nd fridge in garage, Keurig coffee maker, electric kettle, etc. Convenient location- walkable to downtown and McCuen Park, and boat rentals near North Idaho College. Front porch swing pleasant for morning coffee.
