The foothills are literally outside your doorstep. This space has been remodeled and decorated to be a relaxing environment. Enjoy your coffee in the private, heated sunroom or a make a meal in the full kitchen. This is a duplex type arrangement and noises or cooking aromas may occasionally filter from the adjoining apartment. Washer/dryer available for guest use via laundry room, which is shared by other unit. The second bed is a couch pull out. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway that will fit regular size car. Our home is within a few minutes drive from Meridian Village, Boise Towne Square Mall, and I-84. Airport is 13 minutes away. (Please let me know ahead of time if you are bringing pets). The space is a guest suite attached to our home. You will have complete privacy with a separate entrance, a private full bathroom (with barn door).Would like to note that the coffee provided is instant coffee (no coffee maker), French press coffee available, and provided breakfast is microwaveable breakfast sandwich. brThe shower dimensions are 32”x32”. We offer portable crib, and floor portable chair for baby. brLet us know before coming, and we will prep it for you. ( no additional fee) . The grape vines in the quaint, private courtyard envelop the short flight of steps down to the entrance of the home. Inside this daylight-basement, you will find a ton of natural light streaming in from the large windows. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and each bedroom has large closets, a full dresser and nightstands for storage. The large 50 Roku enables TV for easy access to streaming faves & high-speed wifi. Cozy with central heat in the winter and well insulated and cool in the summer with a supplemental AC unit available for additional comfort. A perfect spot!brbrHouse Rules:brbr*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.br*There cannot be more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 6 occupants overnight.br*We do offer late check out and early check in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check out really affects our cleaner's schedule. If you do not arrange a late checkout in advance, there is a $55 fee.
