Stayed Feb 19, 2026We had an ok stay at the Modern 4BR w/Hot Tub house in Boise. Overall the communication was good and the house was clean. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had 6 players staying at the house with myself. I was disappointed that they were out of laundry detergent, so I was not able to wash jerseys and gear after the games. I was also disappointed in the limited amount and poor quality towels (cheap and stained). The house is beat up from the flooring popping up, walls/baseboards and overall upkeep. The front bedroom window would not shut and lock, which posed a safety issue. The front entry keypad and door were also temperamental. Lastly, we upgraded our VRBO choice for the hot tub and I was very disappointed. The hot tub was lukewarm at best. A positive was that it was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Stayed Dec 22, 2024Nice rental. Tastefully decorated. Spacious yet cozy. Beds were comfortable, plenty of extra towels. Nice, quiet, safe neighborhood. I highly recommend!
