It's beautifully furnished with 4-flat screen cable TVs, a fully equipped brand new kitchen, a large porch, and upscale bathrooms. This condo is on the first level with easy access via one flight of stairs or elevator. The master bedroom has a high quality king pillow top mattress and a full bath including a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second bedroom and third bedroom both have a king bed. The beach is right there for you to enjoy building sandcastles, swimming, bodysurfing, sunbathing, and relaxing. If it is too hot or windy on the beach, sit on the porch and enjoy the ocean view-also good if you get sunburned from sitting out too long. The view from the deck will make it hard to leave, but inside we have a nicely appointed 2 bedroom 2 bath condo for you to enjoy. You can always order take out from the restaurants that are so close you just have to walk to pick up the order.brOur condo is on the Strand close to restaurants and bars in addition to the beach. Fanny's on the Beach is next door, they have cover bands on the weekends in season. There are restaurants and bars on the Strand and around the corner on Tybrisa. Once you arrive and park your car, there is no need to get back in it until you are ready to leave the Island. You can walk or bike everywhere!

We think our location makes our home one of the best places to stay while you’re on the island. Within two or three minutes of stepping out the front door, you can be dipping your toes in the ocean, exploring the marsh side of the island or fishing from the back river pier.
