I loved this s condo, location and cleanliness

Lovely place. Beautifully decorated. And was steps from the beach! The only concern was the A/C kept going up and sleeping was a bit warmer than we like. There was also no garage remote which we reported upon arrival, but never heard from the number we were provided in the rental binder.

The property was clean, well appointed, and comfortably fit our group of 6! The location on Tybee can’t be beat!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Amazing location, space and total vibe! Very comfortable and has extra amenities that not all places offer. No need to bring beach towels, chairs or even a personal cooler. All these amenities were on hand for our personal use. Our group of 5 found this location to be a hidden gem at Tybee Island making our vacation a most memorable time and grateful we found our way here

Parking was easy and super secure. Beach view was a good side view. Host was easy to contact. There was some little black bugs dead on the floor. My family enjoyed the overall stay.

Arrived to an awful sewer smell in master bathroom and was told it was the sulfur from the water, never heard that before 1st time heard that. Eventually went away. No hot water, was told by manager to wait until it fills every 90 minutes. I waited a full day and nothing. Had no heat last day was 65 F inside. Manager never responded. Place is horrible. Arguing for a refund. Stay away!

Lovely property, fantastic location, great amenities. This was a trip for adults but I would definitely book this spot again for my family. Check in was a breeze with accurate and easy instructions, host was extremely responsive with communication.

Beautiful condo in the best location!

Pro Tip: check local events, we happened upon the middle of a water gun parade. Wish we would have been prepared with our own instead of sitting ducks. Would definitely recommend going to that event if you can. Everyone was having a blast. This location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, stores, the beach is right there and so is the pier. We saw dolphins while walking on the pier. The location of this unit was great, you have no one above you, and only a neighbor on one side. Very quiet. Very spacious unit. Looking to see when I can come back with the family.

Clean and just as described

The condo was beautiful. Someone has wonderful taste in decorating. The location was perfect to the beach, shops and walking to some restaurants. Very easy to access room with keypad. Parking was also in a garage with gates. This condo was a straight shot to room pretty much from elevator. They also had beach towels in room (which we didn’t use) and beach chairs (which we did use) that were in back of garage parking spot. There were 3 of us age 58 - 62. We had so much fun in Savannah and on Tybee Island. We hope to come back soon. Thank you Bill for letting us rent your condo.

This was a fantastic rental for our family. Plenty of room and just what you need at the beach. Short walk to the beach and local stores and restaurants. Everything was clean and as advertised. Bill was very responsive to any inquiry. Would definitely come here again!

Everything about this stay was amazing! The condo was exactly as listed, very well appointed with more than every thing you need, and wonderful decor. All processed from rental to the end were seamless. Bill was in touch multiple times prior to our stay and during the stay, even offering us an additional day which we gladly accepted. I would highly recommend this property.

The location of this property couldn't be in a better place. Once we arrived, and parked the car, we never drove anywhere else except to go for a boat ride. There is a restaurant on either side of the condo building. More restaurants, places to shop, or just hang out are just a few minutes walk from there. It's across the street from the beach access, and the pier. We wished we could've stayed another few days, and we will stay longer when we go back, and we will definitely go back. The property is well kept, clean and inviting. Nice security features for accessing the property as well. The condo itself was clean, and well decorated with a nice beach vibe.

The location was great, like the listing said, it was mere steps away from the beach. And the condo was super nice. As nice as my own home! And the access for the wheelchair was great. We had no problem with any doorway and it was very spacious. I really recommend this place to anyone!

One short block from restaurants and entertainment, at beach, secure parking, well appointed, clean and up to date unit. We had a great time walking and biking to everything!
