This historic Victorian cottage is located in Savannah's Historic District off of Waldburg and Jefferson. Just three blocks from beautiful Forsyth Park, it is walkable to both the historic downtown and the Starland District.brbrThe cottage dates back to 1900 and has all the old world charm that comes with its age, along with thoughtful updates. The outdoor space is a standout feature. When you enter through the white picket fence, you'll find a traditional front porch with rocking chairs. The backyard has a beautiful porch for relaxing, a lush garden, and a grill for warm weather barbeques. There are also two dedicated parking spaces in the rear.brbrInside, the cottage accommodates up to four people with two bedrooms and one newly-renovated bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a new queen mattress in the master bedroom, and a twin bunk bed in the second bedroom. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV.
