ACCESSIBILITY AND LAYOUT

This is a historic two story home with multiple stairways and elevation changes. Please review the following details carefully to ensure the home meets your group’s needs.There are approximately 11 steps from street level to the front door with partial railing. Some steps are uneven due to the historic nature of the home.

An alternate rear entrance from the parking area requires approximately 30 steps and 5 additional stairs. The parking surface is uneven dirt and rock leading to a smooth brick walkway.

There are 20 interior stairs connecting the first and second floors with a wooden handrail.

Our home is located in central Savannah which makes it easy to get around. We are within walking distance to SCAD and other area landmarks. Uber is also a convenient way to get around, and Savannah is a bike-friendly city with plenty of rental outlets.

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.



Interaction with Guests:

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is simple, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
