You will also find a roomy living area with flatscreen television and gas fireplace centrally located between the guest rooms. This floor also has a roomy deck with sitting area. brbrOn the third level, there is the main living/ kitchen/ dining area. There is a dining room table with seating for six and an eating bar with seating for three. The living area has plenty of comfy seating for you and your guest. Below your large flatscreen tv is one of two gas fire places. The washer/ dryer area and another full bath are also located on this floor. brbrOn the fourth level you will find the master suite with a king bed. There is a private bath complete with walkin shower, jetted tub and double vanity sink. There is a private office also located on this floor. You are sure to enjoy your very own private deck located right outside of the master bedroom. There is a set of stairs that lead to the roof deck and sitting area where you have some of the most gorgeous beachviews on Saint Simons Island. brbrThis home has an elevator, garage, private plunge pool and parking area that will fit two small cars.
