The primary bedroom has a king bed, 2nd gas fireplace, doors to a covered deck, and a full bathroom with a tiled shower and soaking tub. There are 2 additional bedrooms on this level with king beds and another full bathroom with a tub/shower. Downstairs you will find the very large bonus room with a tv area, game table, arcade machine, and doors to the lower deck. There is a pull out couch that is a queen size. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level and has a queen bed and a bunk that is queen on the bottom and XL full up. There is another a 3rd full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a garage that can be used to park one car in. All bedrooms have black out curtains, wall. mounted TVs and highend bedding.brThere are a few amenities that do require additional fees, while most you have access to as my guest, such as access to the 2 pools (open from Labor Day to Memorial Day), the hiking trails, the lake, usage of the 2 kayaks I provide, the beach, the playgrounds, the clubhouse, the restaurant, gardens, the dog park, the library, etc. brHere are the two that do require a fee: br *Pickleball & Tennis: guests must register (Pickleball is $15 indoor/$10 outdoor & Tennis is $25 indoor/$18 outdoor) for a max 2 hour round. br *Golf: Guests pay $85 plus tax for a full round (18 holes) of golf. Designed as a Bavarian town and is nestled in the North Georgia mountains. Helen has many family activities, including tubing in the Chattahoochee river, hiking the mountains, wine tasting in local wineries, and visiting the local waterfalls, such as Anna Ruby Falls in the Unicoi state park. brbr* Blairsville – 1.5 hour drive- a local attraction in Blairsville is Brasstown Bald. Known as the highest peak in Georgia at 4,784 feet. A $5 admission fee, per person and a short ride by shuttle, will take you to the top of the mountain. At the observation deck, you will be rewarded with spectacular views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Blairsville, also has some local waterfalls, wineries and state parks for a fun filled day.brbr* Blue Ridge – 1 hour drive - family activities include the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway train, whitewater rafting in the Ocoee river, hiking in the national parks, or just drive around the mountain roads. You will not be disappointed.brbr* Chattanooga TN – is 1.5 hours away and has many attractions such as Ruby Falls, Rock City, Look Out Mountain where you can visit a civil war battle field. Lookout Mountain provides spectacular views of the surrounding states. Accessing Lookout Mountain can be a car ride to the top or the Incline Railway. The Incline Railway is not for the faint of heart. brbr* Want to enjoy the water. Nearby lake communities are Lake Allatoona is a 30 minute drive and Lake Lanier is 1.5 hour drive. Perched just two blocks from the endless excitement of Jasper's downtown is this spacious house which is perfect for everyone to enjoy. Each of the 5 bedrooms has a memory foam King size bed, desk and chair, and a smart TV connected to high speed internet. In 2026 we have added a sixth bedroom with two twin size beds and a full size arcade machine loaded with over 9000 games, perfect for time to unwind or a place for the kids, and kids at heart, to unwind. Each of the 3 bathrooms has been updated in the last year. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen with a stainless six burner gas stove and plenty of room for multiple chefs at once!
