This Courtyard Villa has a beautiful large open kitchen. We can't even imagine how to fill all the cupboard space. The kitchen has a full length bar/pass-thru open to the dining and living area and an ample pantry off to the side. All of the countertops have been upgraded with a clean looking marble. The overall house plan is open and inviting. Particularly if you are entertaining, you are always within ear and eye shot of your guests.brbrThe floors were just recently done in a rich wood throughout with the living room (with it's new 65 TV) and master bedroom. The lanai was also recently redone in a very nice tile.
