Stayed Nov 1, 2023I enjoyed our stay. I would encourage Greg to maybe have a couple of chairs in back of the property for a view of the golf course as well as a grill to cook on. Of course a golf car would be great and/or to have bikes.

Stayed Jul 18, 2023This home gave my family and me everything we needed throughout our stay. Many kitchen supplies came in handy, and we could skip going to the store to buy additional everyday household kitchen items you may forget to pack. The sunroom was a delight! This location is close to many major grocery and clothing stores without the hassle of overwhelming traffic. If there was one critique we had about the home, a lingering odor was more predominant in other parts of the house. Outside of that, we are grateful for the privilege of staying at this quaint and lovely home.

Stayed May 1, 2023My wife and I stayed for 2 months. location was amazing, right on the golf course. Furnishings could use an upgrade but were okay. Loved the garage and use of a golf cart. short golf cart ride to rec centers, spanish springs for shopping and food. Defiantly would stay again.

Stayed Jan 5, 2023If you are looking for a quiet location this is your place. Peaceful and a nice area good location to Spanish Village. The house is very clean but dated, the beds were not comfortable one was very small and hard. Would only stay again if the beds were changed,because we did like the house and area. Owner was very nice and helpful!

Stayed Dec 23, 2022Great and timely communication with host. When microwave didn’t work he brought over a different one within an hour. Wonderful views of birds in the backyard as an unexpected bonus.

Stayed May 1, 2022We had a terrific time at the villages while between two Jeep shows in Florida. Greg and his wife were very accommodating, and even had a welcome basket for us when we got there. They were super at figuring out a couple details with us on arrival, and let us stay an extra day. We would highly recommend staying here, would definitely stay again, and are very appreciative of their hospitality.
