To the right of the living area through a pocket door is one bedroom (a second is locked and not available for use), with queen mattress and full bath. On the other side of the living area is the master bedroom with a king sized sleigh bed and master bath including walk-in tiled shower enclosure and double sinks. Through an enclosed hallway to the attached garage you will find the washer/dryer. Since it overlooks the private courtyard, it makes a nice retreat for curling up with a book while others go about their activities.
