Very nice beyond expectations and excellent location

We loved staying here, the house was totally equipped with everything we needed so we could enjoy our stay and not worry about running out to the store for this or that.

I stayed in the home for a week with my family and thoroughly enjoyed the home! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable beds and comfortable seating in the living room.

The property is as advertised and was wonderful. Very pretty, clean and well stocked. Loved the golf cart, bikes and daily Villages newspaper. Walking distance to the square (great live music, dancing and drink bars every night), restaurants, ice cream shop, park, shops and pool. Lake Sumter area and square is beautiful. The pickleball and golf was fun - did both almost everyday! Definitely will come back and highly recommend this property!!!!

We went up to visit relatives that were renting a VBRO home but the owners did NOT allow dogs. We found this great Villa that accepted dogs. It is in an Awesome location, very modern and the owner was always responsive. The yellow golf cart was a PLUS. I highly recommend this villa!! Bill

We really enjoyed our short stay here in The Villages. You cannot beat the access to Sumtner Landing, which you can easily walk, bike (two bikes available), drive, or our favorite, the very awesome golf cart that comes with the rental. Golf cart seats four and held a long charge for us. Plenty of kitchenware, linens, towels and very clean and tidy. Would definitely stay again!

Nice villa very close to Sumter Landing. Easy walk into the Town Square.

Home had everything needed. Was clean. Beds very comfortable. Sofa back coushions need some extra padding and bothered my back but i just put some of the extra bed pillows there and it was find. Would rent again.

We had a great time here! The home was beautifully decorated, clean and in a quiet neighborhood walking distance to Lake Sumter landing square. It was dog friendly and also came with a golf cart for us to explore the Villages. Jeff was a great host and took care of all of our needs. Overall we would totally recommend this home!
