Our house is closer to the beach than most of the homes in Watercolor, Seaside or Rosemary Beach. Guests enjoy the large kitchen with two dishwashers, open floor plan and lots of seating. We have also received many thanks for the front-loading washers and dryers found on both floors one and two. The den provides ample living space, but the gulf view beckons you outside on the huge covered veranda to daydream and relax. The third floor has water observation deck with an incredible breathtaking view, which also provides a great sunset. Our guests said they felt that they were at a relative's home because the home was well equipped for their family with beach toys, baby bed, and everything their family needed. brFloors two and three sleep a total of six people.
