    We loved the location! Having morning coffee on the back porch was the perfect way to start the day. We would definitely stay there again when we visit the area.

    The property was very nice and had most of what we needed. The beds were very comfy! We thought it was strange that the management company only supplied one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. In addition, the management company sent a video what we should bring because it would not be furnished which included a hair dryer. Upon arrival to the condo, each bathroom had hair dryers. It would have been nice to know we did not need to bring hair dryers since they take up space in our luggage.

    We really enjoyed Seagrove Highlands and would probably come back! The apartment itself was as pictured, ground level and looked out to the forest. AC was cold and everything was very comfortable. They provide two adult bikes, and then we rented children’s bikes separately, which was a good move. I was glad other reviewers warned that it’s about a half mile to the beach, and then another 200’ across the sand to public access. Doable walk, but tough for littles. They had beach chairs and umbrellas but no beach towels, we brought our own. The property management company only provided a small roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and would not provide extras; when I asked, they stated that they only provided a starter pack of necessities until renters could get to the store. It seemed catered to the majority of people who drive to the beach rather than flying; I don’t have extra room in my carryon for the extra toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and the like that I had to buy on day 2 of my stay, but it also seemed like the property management company would clear out anything extra left by others, they had their branded toilet paper roll on the holder and that was it. For the price, a dishwasher pod for each day of someone’s stay (they did give 3 for a week) and a couple Tide pods, maybe a Kleenex box would have gone a long way. There was also a lot of nonstop stomping around above us, light sleepers beware. We overall had a great stay with those caveats!

    One of the cutest decorated condo I've been . Everything was clean. Love the area . Close to everything. We all love it. Service was great . We want to come down again, same condo , felt like home

    Loved being on the ground floor…..the owner has definitely put a lot of effort in the decor and upgrades….loved the paint color, light fixtures, pictures, furniture, nice beds and clean white linens also we enjoyed the screened in porch! Nice walk to the beach? also the pool area was very nice!

    What I liked was the proximity to the beach for the teens and it was on the ground floor looking into the woods so that I could sit on the back porch and feel I was in the woods...and away from crowds of folks.

    The property was just as we had hoped for. Beautiful decor, plenty of towels, beds were super comfy and a great kitchen full of extra amenities. Loved having bikes included and the back porch that backs up to the woods was a delightful spot for morning coffee and reading. It was perfect and we would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

    Overall this was one of the best experiences we have had with a rental on 30-A. For once everything in the unit worked! My only slight issues were a broken pantry door and the kitchen floors weren't as clean as they should have been upon check-in but other than that it was great.
