There is a seating area at the walkway to watch the sunset as the day draws to an end.brbrThis is not 'just a rental', but is our second home and is being continually updated. Our Condo’s recent renovation's include new bathrooms. The master bath has a shower with jet sprays. The couch pulls out to make a full-size bed with a gel mattress for more guest accommodations. The living room has a large 50 flat screen with blue-ray player and both bedrooms have 32 flat screens. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. A pack-n-play and a booster seat is provided for the convenience of our guests with small children. The kitchen has granite and all stainless-steel appliances. The balcony is one of the few units with the extra-large balcony area for eating at the table while overlooking the water or just for relaxing outside.brbrBeach chairs/umbrella set ups are NOT included with the condo rental, but we have chairs and an umbrella on our balcony for your use, just please return them so it will be ready for the next guests. There is a convenient door from the balcony right to the elevators so that you don't have to track sand through the unit.
