They have seafood baskets, the classics such as chicken fingers and burgers, po-boys and sandwiches as well as a satisfying kid's menu.brbrBeach Access Info: Private beach access for guests is through the Sunset Beach community. You'll pass High Pointe Resort House on your left. The beach access is directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance.brbrThis private access point is monitored; guests older than the age of twelve will be required to wear a wristband to gain entry. PLEASE NOTE: Wheeled coolers, wagons, golf carts, bikes, skateboards and roller blades are not allowed through this beach access. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A. br brClosest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for public beach access). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.br brBeach Chair Rental Service: Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas), La Dolce Vida provides such amenities. To rent this gear, please locate the attendant at the base of the stairs for beach access. Rosemary Beach is about 100 yards left of the Village Complex (where you are booked) and Alys Beach is about 200 yards to the right of the complex. br brFitness Gym near your resort: Paradise Fitness Gym in Carillon Beach is the closest fitness center. It's about 10 minutes from the condo by car. The club offers monthly, weekly, or daily rates. They are located at 105 Carillon Market St, Panama City Beach, FL 32413. Check out their website for more information.br brGrocery fix: The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 7 minutes away (by car). Turn left on County Road 30A. At the traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie.brbrFrench doors open to a patio with views of the resort-style pools. The beach is easily accessible with a short 5-minute walk across the street.brbrSituated on the first floor, our home at Seacrest Beach Resort is positioned at the back of the complex, leading directly to the award-winning 12,000 Sq Ft Pool. The pool area boasts incredible fountains, and a special toddler/kiddie pool. The renowned 30A beaches, voted the best US Beach in 2020, are a short distance away and can be reached by a free beach trolley service (operated March-October) or by walking or biking.brbrParking: brbrNo rental golf carts are allowed at Seacrest Beach. brbrAll guests staying at Seacrest Beach Resort need to pre-register, in advance of arrival, by going to their website.br brFor this resort, you will be given parking passes for 2 (and no more than 3) vehicles. Wristbands for additional guests may be provided. All Seacrest beach guests must have a parking decal displayed on the dashboard of their vehicle(s) for the entirety of their stay. The parking decals will be provided at guest services.br brTo find guest services, you simply park in the parking zone with the number of your unit. Enter the main condominium building; walk out the patio doors, straight back to the roped off area, at the back of pool deck, labeled Guest Services. They will provide you with all the requisite information, wristbands for pool and beach access, along with the parking passes.br brOutside of the parking areas on your property, the gravel bays aligning the streets throughout the community offer a common area parking. Some large items may be permitted; however, per noise restrictions, they must be hand-carried down the pedestrian pathway leading to the shore through Sunset Beach. Strollers are permitted through the beach access as long as they are used to transport children and not beach gear. Beach tents are not permitted on any private beach access along 30A. br brClosest Public Beach Access: Should you desire public beach access where lifeguards are on duty (available during the high season only, from 9am - 5pm CST), head to the beach access point at Inlet Beach. Turn right at the light at the intersection of 30A and Highway 98. In just less than ½ a mile, turn right onto Orange Street (you will see the sign for public beach access). At the stop sign, the road will T; parking is available to the right or left. This beach access is fully equipped with restrooms and an outdoor shower area. Wheeled coolers, wagons and beach tents are permitted at the public beach access. Bike racks are available near the public beach access as well.brbrAbout the Vacation Rental Unit:brbrThis 0-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental features:brA plush king bed and a 65' flat panel television. *** Our relatively quaint, small, newly renovated, complex is right on the Gulf with a large private beach. You have incredible gulf views throughout most of the condo and the 2 balconies. Several of the most commented on features by guests are the gulf views, being able to walk right off your family room balcony stairs to the stairs to the beach to our LARGE PRIVATE BEACH for only 18 units and the daily beach service provided. The location on 30A is a plus also. From March 1 - October 31, I cover the cost for daily beach service - a beach umbrella, 2 chairs and a side table that will set up for you each day. This has a $245 weekly value. There is only 1 row of umbrellas, and your set-up will be identified. We also have a person onsite to keep the beach private for our guests and owners. I left 2 additional beach chairs on the balcony to use. Please be sure to bring them back to the balcony each evening and before your stay ends for the next guest. NEW - I have 2 bicycles in the condo that you may use. brbrNew for Golfers - Access to 2 Championship courses and an executive course. See below, if interested. br brWe completed a $2M renovation to our 18-unit building in early 2023. It looks fantastic! I have also significantly upgraded the condo. I removed all of the carpets throughout both condos and replacing them with LVP. Now there is travertine and LVP throughout the condo. A new very nice king bedroom set in the master with a new iCloud very comfortable king mattress and box spring. I also added a 55-inch TV in the family room and master. All of the TV;s are smart tv's, so no need to bring a Firestick or device. I also added a premium Direct TV app so you can watch regular and local channels. You are going to LOVE the private beach with only 1 row of chairs and the beach umbrella/chair service. It is large, comfortable, colorful and decorated so that you will feel like you are away and at the beach. Another feature really enjoyed by guests is you can walk right off the family room balcony steps to the steps to the beach. No need to go our front, down hallways, around the building or down an elevator. Families love the convenience. Because I have owned for over 12 years, I offer very good pricing when compared to comparable Gulf front properties. I cover the cost of a beach umbrella, 2 chairs and a side table that is set up for you early each day ($245/wk. value). It is SO convenient to have them set up and ready whenever you go to the beach. Blue Tide 7B, in Seacrest, Florida, is a beautifully decorated 3-bedroom condo (including the loft), 3 full baths, 2 balconies overlooking the amazing Gulf of Mexico, is very spacious at 1950 Sq. ft. The beaches have been voted as one of the best of 'Americas Beaches'. The condo is located on scenic 30-A, 2 miles west of Rosemary Beach and 3/4 mile from Alys Beach on the eastern end of 30A (less crowded). The townhouse is fully furnished to make you feel at home when you stay there. It is located on a bike trail that runs the length of 30A - 17 miles. Riding east on 30A you have Alys Beach, Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach within 2 1/2 miles with very interesting shops and places to eat. This is a lot of fun for families. Bikes can be rented and delivered to the condo. You will enjoy the incredible panoramic views to the east and west from the 2 private balconies of the sugar white sand and emerald, green water of the gulf. It is truly breathtaking. There is nothing more beautiful and relaxing than sitting on one of the balconies in the morning enjoying coffee and/or breakfast or in the evening looking at the gulf and listening to the waves. The condo is designed so the sun never comes directly into the condo, and no one can see in (very private), so you never need to close the drapes and can enjoy the great Gulf views from the master, kitchen, dining area and family room all day long. Sun-up to sun set. There is a private pool on-site. The condo offers 2 large bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and full baths attached. There is a loft with 2 single beds. The loft is semi-private and like a retreat for children, teenagers and maybe young single adults. Because it is semi-private and does not have a bath attached, it might not be best suited for couples. There is a 3rd full bath on the main floor. There is also a new pullout queen size sleeper sofa. The family room has 2 new comfortable swivel chairs with another chair and a queen sofa. It has a 55-inch smart TV with streaming service options that you use at home and Direct TV streaming for local channels. 850. Each bedroom and loft have smart TVs. The master bedroom has a king size master bed, a 55 inch tv, a vanity area between the bedroom and bathroom for a little more privacy. It also has a large walk-in shower with a regular and overhead rain shower head. Very relaxing. There is free fast speed wireless internet. The condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, seating for 6 around the large dining table and a breakfast bar with 3 seats. Both the master and family room have double sliding glass doors that open to balconies with seating and tables. Linens, towels and washcloths and a washer/dryer are provided. There is a private pool for guests and owners. The Blue Tide has about 200 linear feet of private gulf frontage. There are only 18 units in this quaint, quiet, family friendly complex. It provides a wonderful atmosphere for a fantastic vacation and a place to create lifelong fond memories. I have so many guests that have been back 3 and 4 times. Many say they treasure their time spent at the Blue Tide and can't wait to get back. I feel the same way. I think you would as well. There are 2 grills in front of the complex next the parking lot for use. There are county laws preventing grilling on the balcony or behind the complex. Sorry, NO PETS and NO Smoking or Vaping allowed. No smoking inside the townhouse or on the balcony.br New SEER 16 HVAC system. Included is an RGF Air Purification System that uses an Advanced Oxidation Technology that kills 99.99% of surface bacteria/viruses, 99% of microbes in a human sneeze is killed at 3 ft. and adds much more air purification (REME-HALO).brbrFor Golfers - I m a member of the Watersound Club and with that, as a guest of mine, you would have access to their 2 Championship golf courses and a short executive course. Camp Creek Golf course is rated in the top 2 % of private courses in the U.S. and is less than 2 miles away. Sharks Tooth Golf Club, another championship course, is about 15-20 minutes away. Origins, the short executive course in about 15 minutes away. The cost to play Camp Creek or Sharks Tooth is $240 per player. Origins cost is $50 plus tax. Reservations would need to be made by me in advance (up to 14 days). Incredibly beautiful courses and scenery.

We have a private pool for guests and owners.brBlue Tide 2B in Seacrest, FL, is a beautifully furnished condo with 3 bedrooms (one being the loft), 3 full baths, 2 balconies overlooking the amazing Gulf of Mexico, very spacious with 1850 sq. feet of comfortable living space that is Gulf front. The beaches have been voted as one of the best Beaches of America. As mentioned earlier - You can walk right off the family room balcony steps to the steps to the beach - this is fairly unique and really enjoyed by guests. The Blue Tide is located on Scenic Highway 30A, 2 miles from Rosemary Beach and a few miles east of Watercolor, Seagrove, and Seaside. It offers a very light, fun and relaxing beachy feel. You will definitely feel like you are on vacation. It is also located on a scenic 17 miles bike trail. Bikes can be easily rented and delivered to the condo. Enjoy the gorgeous panoramic views to the east and west from the 2 private balconies of the white sugar sand beach and sparkling emerald, green water. It is truly breathtaking. There is nothing more beautiful and relaxing than winding up a day on the beach, shopping or site-seeing by watching the incredible rolling tides of the Gulf from one of your balconies. In the Fall and early spring, the sunsets over the water can be incredible. The condo design is such that the sun never comes directly into the condo. You can have wonderful Gulf views all day long from the master, kitchen, dining area, family room and the 2 balconies. The condo is large, comfortable and after a couple of days, you will feel like you are home. The condo has 2 large bedrooms with comfortable king size beds and full baths attached. There is a loft with 2 single beds. The loft is semi-private with stairs off the upstairs hallway and does not have a bath attached. It is ideal for kids and teenagers and maybe young single adults. The 3rd full bath is on the main floor. There is also a new queen size pull-out sofa bed in the family room. All of the TV's are smart TV's, so no Firestick or device is needed to watch LL OF YOUR FAVORITE STREAMING CHANNELS. i ALSO added the premium Direct TV streaming app to the TV's so you can watch the regular and local channels, The family room has a 55-inch smart TV. The master has a 55-inch TV also. The master has separated vanity area and a door closing off the walk-in shower/sink and toilet. The townhouse has free fast wireless internet service. brbrThe condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen (you can save a lot of $$$ by eating in - while watching and listening to the rolling waves of the ocean :) , a dining table that that will easily sit 6, plus a breakfast bar with 2 chairs, Linens, towels and washer and dryer are provided. There is a wet bar. The complex has two hundred linear feet of beautiful private beach. The Fall to early spring sunsets can be spectacular with the sun going down over the water. Fantastic atmosphere for a wonderful family vacation that will be remembered and treasured. Close to Watercolor, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside and just down HWY 98 Destin and Panama City, many great restaurants, shopping, 17 miles of flat bike trails, tennis, great golf courses, many entertaining sites.brbrGolfers - I am a member of the Watersound Club. You would have the option to play either Sharkstooth or Camp Creek as an unaccompanied guest. The courses are excellent . Camp Creek Golf Club is only 1.2 miles away. The price is a little steep, but this is an option. The cost to play Camp Creek and Sharks Tooth is $240vper round. Reservations need to be made by me up to 14 days in advance. They allow 1 tee time at both courses each day for unaccompanied guests.brbr****NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed in the condo or on the balconies****br* Sorry, per the HOA, NO Pets are allowed.brThere are 2 grills out front near the parking entrance.brbrEmails or texts I have received directly:brWe absolutely LOVE the condo and location! J.H.br ~brWe have been traveling to Seacrest each year for almost a decade, most times booking a different short-term rental...but always right on the beach. Our usual jaunt suddenly became a lifeline to normalcy. Seacrest has always offered and unbeatable combination of minimal crowds, zero high rises, never ending bike trails and beachfront beauty, making it a hidden gem. Because of the frequency of our visits, we've become quite good at identifying what makes each space feel special to us. Here is our quick list of the highlights of Brad's place: Two beach balconies! This place offers two wide balconies (one off the family room and one off the master bedroom) which means you never have to disengage with the sounds, sites, and smell of the ocean. This is pretty uncommon and quite a treat. There is something special about being able to greet the ocean before even brushing your teeth. Since both floors are above the ground level, you are assured expansive views from either. One morning we watched a bald eagle passing back and forth along the beach (from the balcony) and our lives will never be the same. Can't guarantee that you will see our special friend, but maybe Brad's place will bring you luck ;)- A staircase right from the balcony to the beach path! We had full blown discussions about this because it was out first experience with this feature and it was a true game changer! It makes such a difference when spontaneity demands a quick trek to the beach to check out body surfing stingrays, investigate a swarm of dragonflies, or catch the first bit of sunrise with coffee in hand. We walked in Both directions to see if there were any units within the vicinity that had direct beach access from the balcony and , nada. You will LOVE this. I can't count the number of times that we took advantage of this simple but impactful perk.- Most beachfront condos are pretty narrow. This townhouse is wide and especially spacious. That translates into every single room being much larger than you expect. There plenty of room to spread out and have private time.- Minor but important, the designated parking spot in right in front of the unit. - Last but certainly not least, there's Brad! Brad goes out of his way to be accommodating and has mastered genuine hospitality (which really came across when we got to meet him in person). We managed to make a big oversight and Brad was so gracious. This was after he had already been incredibly generous to us. Send him a message before booking and you'll see what I mean.
