Host worked tirelessly with us regarding stay when we faced travel challenges.

This place is wonderful! It was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was clean, had everything we needed and then some. The shower was great. Beach service was so easy. Tricia checked in on us and was very easy to communicate with. The whole process was seamless and easy. Hands down one of the most relaxing trips we’ve had and we would love to stay here again.

Condo was perfect. Very clean and well maintained. Kitchen had everything you need and owner was very responsive with any questions. Will definitely be back!

A spotless and well appointed condo... everything you need to kickback, relax, and enjoy the gorgeous beach. Great restaurants nearby. Communication with owner was excellent, Comfortable patio to sit and enjoy the view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and rate this property as the best stay out of many over the years. Great location, very clean and everything you need. The beach chairs set up everyday and the two bikes to use were so nice to have.

We highly recommend this condo. We have stayed in the Santa Rosa beach area for over 30 years renting condos and houses. This was our favorite. On the beach, beautiful sunsets, and a very well equipped condo. The condo was nicely furnished with everything you need for an awesome vacation. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect size and location for my husband and I. Trisha went above and beyond to make this condo cozy and luxurious. The bed and the rest of the furniture was super comfy. Everything seemed top notch including the high end feeling towels and sheets. It was so nice having the chairs and umbrella sitting out for you each day, as well as the two bike that made getting around a breeze. I can’t wait to come back next year!

This was our second stay and it lived up to our memories. Right on the beach perfection. So clean, well appointed, comfortable and lovely. Wake up to the ocean and walk down to your chairs and umbrella. I walked through the screen and our host was on it. I fortunately got insurance, but she is taking care of the details. I could not recommend more highly!

The property is right on a gorgeous beach, with chair service- never too crowded. The condo is decorated so nicely. It had everything I needed (and more) to cook and all the creature comforts. The owner is lovely and wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to return!

This condo was perfect for my family during out stay in Seacrest. The sofa beds for my 2 children were comfortable too! Tricia was amazing and the condo comes with sweet amenities....a great make up mirror, 2 types of coffee pots, starter set of kitchen needs, etc. Highly recommend! And bonus...the beach at Blue Tide is not crowded! It's a little gem on 30a!

Great location beachfront and close to restaurants. Very clean and kitchen well equipped.

We had wonderful time at Blue Tide 5A. Condo was great and easily assessable to beach with great views from first floor. One bedroom was prefect for me and my wife. Tricia was wonderful host and communicated with us throughout our rental. Will definitely consider renting from her again when we return to 30A.

Great comfortable condo!! The view was excellent and it was such a nice place for a summer vacation!! We will definitely stay again!!

This will go down as one of our favorite stays in 30A! It doesn’t get much better than being a few steps from the beach, and also being on the 1st floor. The pool was perfect as well for my daughter when she wanted to swim. This condo was STOCKED with so much! From kitchen appliances to beach gear. Communication with the owner was easy. We will definitely come back!

This is our second year staying at Blue Tide 5A. The location is absolutely perfect! Walking out to the beach where our chairs and umbrellas are waiting is clutch for our busy family! The condo is well stocked with most everything you need and it is always clean! Tricia is so easy to work with and she stayed in touch during our trip to make sure we were comfortable and everything was just right. She takes so much pride in her rentals and it definitely shows! Thanks for another week in paradise. Already starting our count down to next years visit. ?
