View is fantastic. Proximity to beach is perfect. However, do not expect beach towels or more than one coffee filter, roll of tap, garbage bag, etc. It is run by a Management Company which we found to be impersonal and not responsive. There was literally jack hammering above our unit for 5 hours on Sat and 90 minutes Monday. We would not have booked it had we known a tile floor was being removed above us during our stay.

Benchmark management was always in communication and responsive to all questions. The beach chair and bike rentals included with the reservation weee so easy to set up. Please note - bring your own beach towels! The only small draw back was the small amount of toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning products for a week long stay. I had to buy extra plus tissues, hopefully they were left to for the next tenant. Can’t wait to stay there again!

Owners need to improve outdoor furiture to bar height - can't see over the railing. Rods were broken for the curtains in the main room. Pull down shade was broken in the bedroom. Managment needs to make sure every communication RE: WiFi gives the correct Wi-Fi login and scrub the areas where it gives you the old login information.

Great location just outside the congestion of Rosemary Beach, but the same beautiful sand, trails, and view. Free Beach Chair service during the summer. We did wish this had been available for our November stay.

Great location, right on the beach. Bare bones condo. They only allowed one roll of toilet paper for 4 days. Nothing extra. Bring any and everything you might need if you want to cook, like your own salt and pepper

Reviewer Comments: Time at the beach is ALWAYS wonderful - we had excellent weather & the included beach set up umbrella & chairs set up by the friendliest beach attendant - Publix very close by - condo was clean per se, but the furniture upholstery was pretty worn out & stained and could use either a good professional cleaning or replacement - bed was comfortable - this is a WALK UP building, so no elevator to get yourself and bags up to second and third floor - but, as far as just a quick beach trip goes, we had a very nice time & the price was reasonable for direct beach front -

Great beach access - chairs/umbrella set up everyday if you wanted to.Had issue with the bed frame the first day, but BM customer service had a Maintenance person onsite within hour to rectify issue. Very professional - great communication all thru rental process and during stay at property.
