If you have not yet had the chance to explore the pristine sandy white shores and beach communities that run along northwest Florida`s Scenic Highway 30A, you are in for a delightful experience! We invite you to consider our condo as your own personal escape from the everyday. Our charming and cozy studio offers guests the sun-soaked simple pleasures of a seashore vacation outfitted with the comforts of home.

Guests are able to access all areas of the condo with the exception of the owner`s closet near the bed. We ask that you make yourself comfortable and be respectful of the home. Excessive trash within the home or damage to the home / the contents within will result in penalty fees being assessed. In the pool out building there are credit card operated washers and dryers for guest convenience.

Enjoy the perfect vacation getaway in the paradise of Northwest Florida at The Village of South Walton. This mid-rise resort features studio, one, two and three bedroom units with fully equipped kitchenette, pool, laundry facilities, boutiques, shops, restaurants, sundries and candy store can all be found on the first level. Meander to Peddler`s Pavilion at the front of The Village and to partake in the seasonal nightly concert series. Enjoy the award winning communities of Rosemary and Alys Beaches, just a short walk away, and explore all they have to offer.

The walk to the deeded beach access is 6 minutes or hop on the shuttle which ferries guests to the beach access and back again daily from 9am - 5pm from Mar through Oct.

Special Notes:
• Amenity Wristbands: In the condo there is a side table by the sofa which houses the amenity wristbands. Each guest 8 years of age and older will need to wear a wristband to be able to access the following areas: the private beach access through Sunset Beach, The Village tram and the new resort pool at The Village across from Building G.

• Beach Access Info: Private beach access for guests residing at The Village is through the Sunset Beach community. From Peddler’s Pavilion (shopping area in front of The Village) turn right onto 30A. You’ll pass Acme Ice House on your right. The beach access is shortly thereafter on the left side of 30A (directly across from the Seacrest Beach entrance). All guests 8 years of age and older will need to wear yellow wristbands to gain access to the beach through Sunset Beach. Please wear wristbands while entering Sunset Beach as attendants frequently check.

• Tram Info: Free tram service to/from The Village and Sunset Beach access is available to all guest(s) of The Village from March to October, 9am-5pm CST. Tram departs from The Village resort pool area every 20 minutes. All guests 8 years of age and older will need to wear yellow wristbands to access the tram. For tram service November through February or for questions about the tram please call.

• Beach Chairs: Two beach chairs are at the condo for your use. Please do not leave them on the beach overnight. It is asked that prior to departure the chairs get wiped clean for incoming guest(s) use. Should you desire to rent beach chair service (chairs and umbrellas) the company that provides these amenities is La Dolce Vita. La Dolce Vita also offers kayaks and Yolo Board rentals on the beach. To rent this gear see the La Dolce Vita beach attendant at the base of the stairs for the beach access.

• Propane Grills: Weber propane grills for guest use are located within the pool area. When using a grill, do not leave it unattended.

• Groceries: Need something quick Just head to Seacrest Sundries at the front of The Village. The closest grocery stores are Publix or Winn Dixie, both are 5 minutes away (by car). From The Village, turn left onto 30A. At traffic light, turn right onto Hwy 98. Go 2.5 miles, at the traffic light turn left for Publix and right for Winn Dixie.

• Laundry: Credit card operated washers and dryers for guest use are by the pool area

• Misc Info:
• HVAC unit is controlled by a remote housed on the wall by the lounge chair
• The linens for the sleeper sofa are kept in the wardrobe cabinet
• Please be respectful of other guests and owners in residence, quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am
• PLEASE NOTE: TPLEASE NOTE: The Village community does not allow guests to bring in trailers or boats. If traveling with those items arrangements must be made in advance to have them stored off site. Effective 2022 The Village HOA has banned the use of golf carts, scooters and Mokes. Golf carts / low speed vehicles are not allowed in the neighboring areas of Peddler’s Pavilion, Rosemary and Alys Beaches.

Spring Break Curfew Notice:
Please be advised that March 1 – April 19, a 7:00 PM curfew for unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 will be in effect in coordination with the Walton County Sheriff`s Office.
This policy applies to Seaside, Seacrest Beach, Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and the majority of communities along 30A, all of which are enforcing these Spring Break safety regulations in unison with local law enforcement.
Guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party comply with community guidelines and local regulations.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT RENT TO STUDENT GROUPS, AGE OF PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 23 OR OLDER AND RESIDING IN PROPERTY DURING STAY.

1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Evidence of smoking in the unit after guest departure will be subject to an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.
2. People other than those noted in the booking may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
3. All our properties are privately owned; property management and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Property management and the homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises and recreational gear provided with the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5. Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6. Bed linens and bath towels are included in the home. Please do not use rental houses linens at the beach or pool. Beach towels are not provided in the home.
7. Please know we do not rent to student groups or to guests under the age of 23. Guest whose name is on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
8. This IS NOT a pet friendly property. Evidence of pets in the unit after guest departure will be subject to a $300 fee charged to the guest who the reservation is under.

*Homes left in complete disarray will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Listing sites will be provided with photographs.

    This property gave us no complaints! Everything was great about it. Perfect location, perfect stay for two, and the hosts are so quick to respond to any questions! When we arrived it was very clean and all amenities were provided as stated in the description. Highly recommend and would stay there again! 10/10!

    My daughter and I spent a lovely weekend here. The condo was very clean and well set up with all of anything you’d need for your stay. The only thing that could use some help is a new mattress.

    The size room and the location wasn’t an issue for us—it was smaller than it seemed in photos, but we are a family of 4 (two small kids), and a pack n play still fit in there, no complaints about that. Walking distance from the beach access isn’t too bad, but if you’re carrying chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, etc. it’s not ideal. The tram situation was a little unclear, there isn’t instructions on where to go to wait for a tram, and the tram will not run on “inclement weather” aka its sprinkling outside. They are electric I guess so I understand. My biggest gripe with this room/property in particular is that there is NO DRAWERS to unpack your stuff. We were literally living out of a suitcase for 4 days, in a small room, so that was pretty frustrating. There a couple of tiny shelves in a tiny closet to hang stuff, but there was already stuff on the shelves in there (extra blankets, etc.) and our stuff was meant to be unpacked into drawers—not hung up. It was probably my fault, I should have realized in the photos, there is a console table? under the wall-mounted tv but no drawers. That makes zero sense, to me. There should be drawers there in my opinion. It is important to me to feel organized in a smaller room, and the lack of it was overwhelming. Anyway, overall that alone would deter me from staying again, unless there was drawers put in.

    The property was in a great location and good communication. However, every-time the outside door opened the door to the condo would rattle and we got woken up many times at night because it happened at all hours.

    This was our first trip to the 30A area and we couldn't have been more pleased with this rental or its location! It was the perfect size for the two of us. The pool area was conveniently just outside the door with the beach tram stop right around the corner. We would definitely recommend staying here!

    Sandra was great to work with and very helpful and responsive to questions. Unit is small but has pretty much everything you need. Also includes 3 beach chairs which I don’t think we’re in the description so that was nice. Great location and very nice pool area and easy access to the beach via the tram. We absolutely love Seacrest and surrounding areas of Rosemary and Alys. So much to do and eat, shop, and ride bikes to. Couple things I would say are somewhat negative is that it did smell a little musty every time we walked in unit, AC had a little trouble keeping up to cool unit down and it was only 75 out but very humid a couple days when we stayed the last week of March, bed is very squeaky and mattress was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced, and there is no dresser for placing clothes only a small closet with a couple shelves that is even hard to get in to. A small dresser could definitely fit by end of couch. Other than that it was a great place and an amazing area and very reasonable price.
