The guest bedroom has two queen size beds with a 42 flat screen TV. To comply with the Sarasota County fire code, the maximum number of guests permitted to sleep in this unit is six. The master bathroom has a walk-in shower with grab bars, and the guest bathroom has a bath tub also equipped with a grab bar. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster, coffeemaker and a Keurig coffee machine. The living room is equipped with a large 55' flat screen TV with Direct Tv service. The condo has hard wood floors throughout the unit. The enclosed patio with sliding windows allow you to enjoy the lovely coastal breezes. The pool on the beach shown in the photo is not part of our property.

This third floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is located on the Bayside of our property. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub, fishing pier and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The comfortably decorated master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, and the guest bedroom has one queen size beds and one full size bed. Both bedrooms have 32 flat screen TV's while the living room is equipped with a 65 flat screen TV for your enjoyment. There is also a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combination and the guest bathroom has a newly remodeled walk-in shower with 3 grab bars. The newly renovated kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio that can be used by you and your family to enjoy our warm tropical breezes.
