Reviewer Comments: We loved the villa, it was very clean, nice beds and mattresses, they left us more than enough towels and the also had very useful beach accessories (beach wagon, cooler, etc) available and ready for us to use. Every room had extra blankets, bed sheets and pillows in case we needed to change them. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you could need. Overall we had a great experience, I would recommend this villa 100%. Only not so good thing was there’s no washer and dryer for you to do your laundry (a least to wash our wet and sandy clothes) but that didn’t ruined our stay. Villa is located at the entrance of the bayside which is also a big pro !!

Overall, this was a great stay. The location was ideal, and the beach is amazing. Some things that would have made the stay better would be to have had some basic things that other places offer like coffee filters, paper towels, shampoo, salt and pepper, etc. Or at least say that guests need to provide their own in the listing. We could have brought these things from home but instead had to go out and buy them. Additionally, the check in process wasn't clear in the listing either and we arrived after the office was closed. Providing these details ahead of time would have been helpful. We stayed on the bay side and the office is across the street on the gulf side. All of this was a bit confusing in the dark at 9pm. Once we were settled with everything we needed, it was fantastic and we'll come back next time prepared!

We loved being on the ground level with the main fountain just off the side of our patio. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and eat our meals. The mattress on the king bed should probably be replaced sooner rather than later given the hill in the center. It would been nice to have a functioning light on the patio for reading in the late evening and early morning. Otherwise, everything inside the unit was marvelous. Overall, we would choose this unit/location every year if it was available.

They also had some beach chairs and a cooler available for use! We felt safe as the property is gated and has several friendly security officers that round frequently. The walk to the pools and beach were perfect! We would choose to stay here again!

The location is great - this is the 3rd yr we’ve stayed at Palm Bay, & we’ll be back. The only real complaint was the guests above us were noisy.
