We loved it. We also let the management know that the coffee maker needed some updating and toilets needed maintenence. The condo was exactly what we were expecting!Management team and security was awesome!

Great condo. Plenty of space. Had a small problem first night with the A/C but was repaired immediately. We will be back

We enjoyed our stay and everything was so clean and as expected! The views were gorgeous and nice to enjoy from room window view. On the 11th floor we worried about elevator wait times but they were so fast and easy. Would pass along to guests to bring their own toiletries, laundry supplies and things like seasonings and coffee/filters as they are not included. We will definitely be coming back in the future!

My wife and I love this 11th floor condo. This was the 2nd year we stayed there and it was as comfortable and elegant and scenic as ever!

The beach chairs can be brought to where you w as not them which was great. Pool was very nice and new. Would just say pool should be closer to the beach and the tower or build another pool. The ocean was disappointing because water was muddled a bit from the hurricane but not the condo’s fault. Recommend it highly.

The condo was in a nice location steps from the beach. The office was nice and the security was friendly. There are 2 pools. The one on the bayside was beautiful.

We stayed in the Tower rooms at Palm Bay Club May of 2024. We were amazed at the quality of everything at Palm Bay. The workers were so helpful and friendly. The condo is awe inspiring. But the beach is the most amazing of all. You are literally steps away with free use of their lounge chairs. Umbrellas are available for rent. We will definitely be back.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was nice but missing a few things. One is there were rugs but the unit provided no vacuum, so I spent my time cleaning with a broom and then having to call and lay for the cleaners to come in because no matter how hard you try sand doesn’t come out of a rug. The second bathroom shower couldnt be used because the drain didn’t work properly and you would stand in a pool up to your knees of water. I tried to use the dishwasher but ended up having to rewash what I put in. The very small patio was old, furniture was good to dry a towel on not to sit and relax while looking at the parking lot. The two sliding doors did not close properly and left a draft to come in making the rooms hotter. I have stayed at the Palm several times and each unit I previously rented was kind enough to leave a few things for your trip to the beach, This rental provided nothing for guests. You would think at the amount you’re paying for a weeks rental you would at least have a little cooler or a vacuum.
