Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great...loved the property. Only issue was that air dryer caught fire the first night I went to use it. There was also very low water pressure in the kitchen and second bedroom.

Overall, had a good experience. Condo was clean and good proximity to catch shuttles to the village or to other key areas on the island. We were disappointed with the lack of service (answers to our question) by the office staff and some key essentials to make our experience excellent. For example, there were no napkins, paper towels, coffee, salt and pepper and only one dishwasher tablet for a 5-day stay with 4 people. When we asked the front desk for additional supplies, their response was you are on your own - not rude but certainly not wanting to help in any way. Seemed like a simple items to provide that would have made our experience better. Also, the toaster only toasted on one side of the bread,the internet had spotted service creating challenges while watching tv.

We stayed at Palm Bay Club for the first time back in 2015 and it has been our go-to place every fall when our northern friends come for a visit. It is clean, safe and has wonderful accommodations. We choose a different unit every year and have been happy with each one.

Absolutely amazing place and beach!!

I LOVE this resort. It was clean, well-maintained, and overall a beautiful property. Staff were friendly. My only “critique” is the issues I had with laundry, but staff was very helpful. I was on the Bay side but access to the beach was a quick drive or walk away. in general, I wish there was a closer bathroom for beach-goers who reside on the Bay side. I will absolutely return to Palm Bay

We visit Siesta Key every year but this was the first time staying at the Palm Bay Club, everything was excellent! The condo was extremely clean and stocked and in a great location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! We will be back to vacation at the club again.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Palm Bay at least four times and always enjoyed our time there. This year they are catering to short term rentals and not providing anything to the long term rentals of 4 weeks or more. Consequently, the weeks of spring break were noisy, pools too full for older people to enjoy. Our unit was very nice so no complaints about that. We will be looking for other areas and accommodations in the future. We already have a place booked for a month next year for quite a bit cheaper and benefits to long term rentals including washer and dryer in the unit.
