This second floor spacious 3-bedroom 2-bathroom bay front condominium is located on the Bay side of our property. There is a seven night minimum stay required for rental of this unit, no exceptions. The Bay side has a pool, hot tub and charcoal grills. It is also a very short stroll to the Gulf side part of our property which has another pool, two tennis courts and our white sandy beach. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our three bedroom units sleep a maximum of eight people.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thought the end unit would be a great view to the bay, but the windows are so high that you can’t see out when you sit down. The kitchen was only stocked with a few items. Some Larger bowls,Tupperware cheese grater, and a soup pot would be helpful. The beds were comfortable. Kind of strange not having a public bathroom, as the third bedroom needed to come into our bedroom to go to the bathroom.

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 8 days in this unit with our adult son, daughter-in-law, and their three children. This was in November after Hurricane Milton, and was booked last minute after our original booking at another property cancelled due to damage. We were thrilled to find it. The unit was as described and depicted on the website. What we really liked about the unit: very close to bayside pool and fishing dock, large spacious unit with plenty of seating, view of pool & bay. What we didn’t like: strange layout with the two bathrooms each in one of the bedrooms (no bath entrance from the common areas, and if in the third bedroom, you have to go into another bedroom to use the facilities), it was a LONG walk to the beach (about .3 miles) and you have to cross a busy road to get there. You can drive and park closer which we did.

We stayed in our own condo (#132) and our family was able to stay here. The outdoor eating area was delightful for gathering for family meals as well as watching the sunrise. The great room was perfect for sitting and talking, as well as the dining room table when it was too hot to eat outside. Everything was very nice. Guests will enjoy the balconies and the outside porch. A lovely condo to gather as a family! Could use more coffee cups and the toaster does not work, but everything else was good!

Reviewer Comments: Based on the description, we did not know that both bathrooms were located in bedrooms. If we knew this, we would not have booked this condo. Also, the balcony is beautiful but does not have any lights so it could not be used when the sun went down. Super disappointing. We did leave an umbrella and digger so the next renters could enjoy it on the beach.
