Great location

Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was very clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo after house were clear and concise. We arrived late at night and although had instructions, security was there to help us as well.It is very secure and gated entry. We felt safe the entire time. The view of the gulf and the condo grounds were spectacular. Adding, all the staff on site were very kind and accommodating. Siesta Key is beautiful and the private beach was perfect. We woke up each morning with the best view.The condo's location was superb, making it easy to access either North or South Siesta Key. The condo is decorated perfectly, very updated and modern. Highly impressed and I would recommend to others!hope to see y

Quiet, beautiful & clean. Exceptional view. We enjoyed a 3 night stay in September. The unit was comfortably and stylishly appointed. There are several options for eateries all good. There is a trolley service to take you to the village area. My favorite was the umbrella service and the complementary chair service. Umbrellas were available for a reasonable fee and were installed each morning. The condo provides a chair attendant who hauls it to the beach spot of your choice. Effortless.

Everyone was so friendly and very accommodating. Unit had two sofa beds. Beach loungers/chairs are provided at no cost. Private beach so it’s very peaceful and enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Overall, we had a very good time. The view from the room is amazing. The bed and couches were also very comfortable. The only downside was how warm the living room was because of the hot Florida sun shining in the large glass windows in the afternoon. Even when I put the thermostat in the 60s, it felt like at least 75 in the living room. This was uncomfortable. The temp in the bedroom and bathroom was great though. I definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay, great views. Only problem is one window was sealed shut instead of fixed so could not be opened. Otherwise lovely beachfront property

We asked to move our accommodations to another weekend. There was no flexibility because we didn’t purchase the trip insurance. We own properties and we offer flexibility for things like natural disasters (Siesta Key was shut down as a result of the Hurricane). We travel a lot and based on how this was handled you lost a customer. There are plenty of other places that we will book. The airline allowed us to move our flight at no charge. We will be back but will not consider your location.

Very nice place to stay for ocean views and convenient access to the beach! We really enjoyed our stay!

Was able to have family gather and enjoy pizza and snacks and drinks with us the day after burying our father. Parking is a little tricky, but we just had them park at the public beach and went and got them. We have stayed in the Tower several times over the past years and love the location and view! We have always enjoyed a nice and well kept unit.

Wonderful unit and location. Beautiful beach, private, amenities (umbrella and chairs) were awesome, walk out to your private area. staff very attentive and accomodating, even after hourse (we had a late check in due to delayed flght) Will definently go again!

Stepping through the door and being greeted by the ocean views never got old. Having the beach steps from condo made for the most relaxing stay. We made the most of the beach access. Having the beach be private was awesome as well. You can look north to the public beach and you’ll be glad the Palm Bay beach is private! The property as a whole was very well kept and well appointed. My wife and I couldn’t have asked for much more. The property is a quick 5 minute drive into the village and it is walkable if necessary. We look forward to staying here again the future.

The front desk people are very helpful. The location and view from fifth floor are great ! We always stay 14 days. Visit many times a year.
