This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. Because of its central location, it is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts, pool and charcoal barbecues. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with one king size bed with a 50 flat screen TV with HD, while the guest bedroom has two full size beds with a 50 flat screen TV with HD. The

Stayed Apr 10, 2026Condo was beautiful. Access to the ocean was fabulous. Host was very helpful. Palm Bay Club is in the perfect location.

Stayed Feb 22, 2026Immaculate condition. Host is not the owner but manager of complex drip coffee maker only. Beautiful complex Large heated pool. 2 pickleball courts 1 tennis court 2 beach towels per bed provided. Gorgeous white sand beach. Wish we could have stayed longer! Several different public shuttles made it easy to get to restaurants

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff really nice. Property and apartment very clean. Bed mattresses were extremely old leaving me with a back ache and I'm in good shape. Poor water pressure in kitchen sink, good in shower.

The unit could have used some updating but was ok for what we needed. The online description was accurate. Property was well kept. Our group did have noisy neighbors above us the last few days. We took the trolley to the village a few times. Great trolley drivers!

Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying at the Palm Bay club.We had some issues with this condo. 1) The slider wouldn't lock. After bringing this to the attention to the office it was quickly fixed. 2) If you want hot or even warm water to use in the kitchen this is not the condo for you. The only way to get hot water for washing dishes was to heat water in a pot on the stove. 3) The kitchen sink does not hold any water to wash dishes either. 4) Make sure to bring sealing containers if you have any food you don't want bugs in. We set a pack of doughnuts on the counter and within an hour it was infested with tiny bugs. Everything else was nice with the condo.
