The online description was accurate. Property was well kept. Our group did have noisy neighbors above us the last few days. We took the trolley to the village a few times. Great trolley drivers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying at the Palm Bay club.We had some issues with this condo. 1) The slider wouldn't lock. After bringing this to the attention to the office it was quickly fixed. 2) If you want hot or even warm water to use in the kitchen this is not the condo for you. The only way to get hot water for washing dishes was to heat water in a pot on the stove. 3) The kitchen sink does not hold any water to wash dishes either. 4) Make sure to bring sealing containers if you have any food you don't want bugs in. We set a pack of doughnuts on the counter and within an hour it was infested with tiny bugs. Everything else was nice with the condo.

This was our 3rd or 4th visit to Palm Bay; we never had issues with our previous condo units. On this trip, our extended family was distributed into SIX condo units. Apart from ours, everyone's unit had been upgraded, tidy, pleasant, with comfortable beds and linens.Unit 153 is dilapidated with peeling, crumbling corners. The water pressure is poor, there were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were saggy, the sheets were thin and scratchy; we had difficulty sleeping. There were 4 beds in the unit, all unfit for guests. I spoke to the office in the morning after our first night. They attempted to help but the solutions did not work for us.We requested a discounted rate. The staff said they spoke to the owners who refused any discount. We liked our stay because we were with family and we love the beach. But we were very disappointed and very uncomfortable in this condo unit. I strongly suggest guests avoid Unit 153. It is not fit for guests.

We were a party of 6 adults 2 married couples and 2 other adults we needed the 2 bedrooms to have queen beds in both bedrooms which was not the case when I arrived. Management helped and found a suitable solution promptly.

They creak when you sit or stand, or even turn. They also have an indentation. Other than that, it was nice. FYI: unit does not include paper towel or sponge.

Reviewer Comments: Dissappointing customer experience for the amount of money spent. 1) only given one pod for dishwasher- please provide 5 pods, and any left-over can be left in the unit - the cost to management is minimal 2) BBQ's are charcoal - very dated and again a cheap approach - they should be propane, or the management should have a common stockpile of charcoal - a short term stay guest shouldnt have to buy a bag of charcoal and starter fluid or electric starter which won't be fully used 3) a notice to owners should go out: it's been over 30 years... perhaps its time to change the mattresses in their units - ours were too soft and led to a poor sleep. - also a minimal stockpile would be nice: a bottle opener perhaps attached to the fridge to avoid pilferring, some salt and pepper and some sugar would be minimal cost
