I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo we stayed in was extremely outdated. It was clean but not very stocked with pots or pans or bowls. I feel like for the money we paid to stay there it was a pathetic place.

It has a great view and we've always enjoyed staying at The Palm Bay Club. Staff is helpful. Safe and secure location. Clean and comfortable room. We've made many memories over the last 20 years at The Palm Bay Club! Always enjoy our visits.

Has incredible views of the ocean and sunrise and sunset. Would love to stay here again. We were upgraded to this unit before we arrived because there was an issue with the unit we originally booked, and this was a FABULOUS treat! Well maintained and spotless! Super cozy!

Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in 057 for one week with our two children (ages 11 and 6). I was a bit wary of the condo being listed as having partial gulf views. But, trust me, the view is perfect. You have full view of the beach and gulf from the balcony. The condo is spacious, comfortable, and has all the amenities you could possibly need. Access to the beach was easy and fast. Great for walking, swimming, and shelling. Altogether a fantastic spot. Worth every penny and then some.

We especially loved the open air balcony bc most units are closed in. The view was very nice too. I liked that you could use stairs if needed because sometimes the elevator took a long time. For the price the furniture could be unplayed a bit. Other units we saw had nicer furniture and rugs but overall it was fine. The building is going under elevator construction so the main areas were not very clean but that’s probably temporary.
