Unit 81- 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condominium With Gulf Front Views

Condo was very nice. Noise during the day was terrible. Constant jackhammering and pounding in another unit. I really think renters should be aware when this much work is being done near a unit not just a single line in the contract saying construction could be going on May until November. It was terrible. Only other issue was the walk to the swimming pools was terrible.

The first morning of my stay I woke up to a door knock, and it was Jonesy. He was there to tell me that I had a flat tire. Later that morning, I went outsideto assess the situation and he was in the area and approached me. I told him I had a air pump in the trunk and asked if he would help me pump up the tire he said absolutely, and he proceeded to get down on his hands and knees and pump up my tire. unfortunately, there was a nail in the tire and I had to proceed to the tire shop to get a patch. Had Jonesey not been looking around the environment and noticed my flat I would not have noticed it until checkout day because I never drove my car for my stay. If that would’ve been the case, it would’ve been a total disaster having had the need to check out and deal with a flat tire all at the same morning. I’m very grateful to Josee and I am sure he should be recognized for this situation iin outstanding behavior helping a “damsel in distress“

Great stay, Condo was well appointed and very clean.

Beach is absolutely gorgeous and views from every room are breathtaking. The condo itself is well-appointed and very comfortable. We were late getting to the beach to get an umbrella, so we were pumped to find an umbrella in one of the closets for us to use! A few items in the building, and in the condo specifically, are a bit outdated but the condo was spotless. Would stay again!

Let’s start with the Pros:The views from the condo were stunning. Floor to ceiling windows beach front views of the Gulf. The condo was clean, the furniture and bedding were comfortable. Palm Bay resort was nice and well kept. 2 pools, 1 gulf side (no view of the gulf) and 1 bay side near the jacuzzi with a view of the bay. Employees were helpful and security was always present. Each morning the beach was raked and cleaned. The sand was so soft, it was like powder. The condo is about a mile from Daiquiri Deck, Captain Curt’s, etc. I believe it’s 2 miles from Siesta Key Village. There are 2 trolley stops very close to the Palm Bay entrance that we used quite a bit to get to Siesta Key Village and Uber service is prevalent. Cons: Check in is between 9 AM and 5 PM. Office communication, maintenance, etc. is not accessible outside of those hours. There is a process for checking in after hours but if you have any issues you will have to wait until after 9 AM the next day to get them resolved. This became an issue for us when the code to enter the condo didn’t work and the backup code given to security didn’t work. Every time we wanted to leave and come back to the condo we would have to contact security and wait for them to let us in the condo. It definitely limited our activity the 1st night. The 2 beds in the 2nd room are listed as full sized beds. They are the smallest full sized beds I’ve seen and were not comfortable for 2 grown adults to sleep in, 2 kids okay though!

The u it itself was 10 star. However we called to make sure both pools were ope . We.were.told.they were both open. When we got there the pool on the property was not in service. It was a half a mile walk to the other pool, or at least it felt like it.

Beautiful condo with stunning views of the beach. Updated, clean, comfortable. The building and amenities were also clean, updated, and very nice. Elevators, lobby, fitness center — all clean & working well. Can’t beat the location. And the staff at Palm Bay Club were so friendly & helpful.

We loved this two bedroom beach condo! The views of the beach and ocean are stunning and instantly relaxing. The condo is beautifully decorated but very livable, even with two toddlers! The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is outfitted well. There are games, puzzles, books and beach toys to keep everyone entertained. There is a washer and dryer available on the floor, one costs $2 and the other $3. It is right on the beach, convenient for midday naps. Beach chairs and loungers are set up on the beach upon request. You can set up your own chair and umbrellas anywhere on the beach, but canopies and tents are limited to the first half of the beach closest to the tower. Dish soap is provided, but only one dishwasher detergent packet so bring some extra if you plan to eat in. The only negative is that the unit walls need touching up in a few areas in terms of paint, but that is a minor point. Overall, everyone loved the place and we will be back!

Overall it was a positive experience. Check in was a breeze. Beach was great. Check in/out communications were exceptionally clear and staff were friendly. The furnishings were great and very comfy. The updated kitchen, flooring and master math were nice. A little touch up on the vents is needed and an exterminator as we saw an unwanted visitor.

This is the first time we've stayed in unit 081 (we had friends stay with us - normally we rent a one bedroom unit)We were a little disappointed with unit 081. The kitchen is not well stocked, the unit needs painting, the floor is not attractive, and the windows in both bedrooms are locked closed. The blinds in the 2nd bedroom were broken. The unit could use a facelift. For what we paid, we expect more from Palm Bay Club. We'll be back, but we'll stay in a different unit. We strongly recommend Palm Bay Club. We don't recommend unit 081.

Loved our unit! The view! The only reason I gave 4 stars for accuracy of on line listing was because there wasn't a washer/dryer in the unit. The QR code and downloading of the app was a bit confusing. But that may be just me. I'd rather it just be add quarters and be done. Tammy was very professional and a joy to work with. I called her a bunch with questions. I would stay here again! Best and prettiest beach ever!
