The first floor consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom with en-suite bath, and half bath. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa with Cozy Mattress, and 60-inch LED TV with DVD player. The TV can be adjusted to be viewed from either the living or dining area. The dining room has seating for 8 while the breakfast bar has 4 additional stools. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances and is well-equipped for your cooking and baking needs.
