30A beaches are known for being one of the most beautiful beaches in the world and our beach bungalow is located on 30A and a quick walk to the beach. Our guests instantly feel like they are on vacation. The neighborhood itself is great for families, couples, snowbirds, and anyone who just wants to relax. We are within walking distance of several restaurants, rentals, 1.2 miles from Seaside, and a 7-minute drive to the Hub. Please take a moment to review what our place has to offer. Our bungalow is a detached unit with 2 bedrooms upstairs and living/dining rooms downstairs.
ROOM DESCRIPTION
* BEDROOM 1: Queen Bed w/memory foam mattress & Twin/Twin Bunkbed twin bed w/trundle. The queen bed has drawers for extra storage, and we have a tall dresser and a 43” inch flat screen TV
* BEDROOM 2 has a King Size bed with a foam mattress + with a drawer for extra storage, a large dresser, and a 55” flat screen TV
*LIVING ROOM has a 55” flat screen TV/DVD player along with a queen leather sofa
* DINING area seats up to 6 people, and we have additional seating at the bar.

We provide:
- Beach wagon and beach chairs
- Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet
- Fully Equipped kitchen with utensils, cookware, coffee maker, blender, plates, cups, toaster, slow cooker, etc.
- Linens, Bath/hand/face towels, and starter packets which include roll of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry pods, soap, trash bags, and dish detergent. Please note that our cleaning company only provides starter packs. Additional items can be purchased at the nearby Tom Thumb, Publix, or Walmart.

SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING: Beach towels, sunscreen, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, bath soap, shampoo, rafts, coffee filters, antiseptic, flashlights, umbrellas, and fishing gear.

COMMUNITY DESCRIPTION
The Bungalows offer two pools and one hot tub. It has masterfully landscaped grounds, adjoining parking spaces, and sidewalks, with numerous walk bridges. The pools are perfect for kids and are just a few steps away from our Bungalow. Our kids, ages 2 to 16, thoroughly enjoy spending all day there. The beach is a 5 to 10-minute walk and another fun-filled day for the kids as you can load up the wagon (provided with this rental) and take a pleasant easy stroll there.

Seagrove is truly a vacationer’s dream. There are many things to do during your stay. Fishing, shopping, fine dining, hiking, swimming, and simply relaxing are just a few to mention. We hope you decide to visit our family vacation rental.

Before booking with us, please acknowledge that you have read & agreed to the house rules, along with the following strict guidelines enforced:

1) NO smoking allowed inside the home. If smoking is detected, fines of $250 to $500 will be assessed and passed on to guests.
2) No parties allowed and will be subject to immediate rental termination
3) No Pets allowed will be subject to immediate rental termination and additional fines
4) Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of officials pertaining to mandatory evacuations
5) Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance. This is always a good idea during hurricane season
6) Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel after that point, they will not get a refund.
7) For the safety of all involved, the home's exterior is monitored by security cameras.
8) Lastly, 30A is a very popular vacation area with many visitors. We and our local support make every effort to ensure that you have a wonderful stay, so we do update our furnishings, replace items, and ongoing maintenance of the home. In the event that there is an issue that arises at your check-in, please feel free to contact us and we address it promptly.

    For the price, the location was perfect. You could spend a bunch more money and stay super close to beach, but I don't mind walking less than a 1/4 mile:) Having a wagon with couple beach chairs, umbrella, and some beach toys was a huge help and appreciated! Rent some bikes (companies will drop off and pick up when you leave) and you can easily get everywhere you want to go). Just a 10 minute ride to Seaside which is where there is a ton of fun energy. Pool was very nice and bigger than I expected. Hot tub was nice but made a lot of noise... hopefully maintenance will get that resolved. House was perfect for 2 adults and our 2 kids. You could sleep 3 comfortably. Kitchen was very nice but could be stocked a little better with more pans, coffee grinder, etc, but it did have decent supplies. King bed was very comfortable and bathrooms were small but nice. Neighbors were close but everyone was nice and was not too loud ever. Pool was never overly busy. We had teenagers but would be perfect for smaller kids too.

    We have stayed in the same area at multiple times. This house was an amazing location to parking, clean minus a few dishes that may have gotten overlooked. Had a wagon and 3 beach chairs (one was broken) an umbrella and a large tent we didn’t use. Home comes with basic needs. Coffee pot that requires filters, I do believe it double and you can use k-cups. The biggest point for us is walk ability to the beach. It’s literally right down the street cross and bam you are there. We’ve walked the road a lot in the past 11 years. These owners may have been my fav owners since we have stayed here. Easy to work with, we didn’t have any issues so didn’t need to call anyone to come check things out. I do like they have someone available to come locally, if needed. Property seems to be in very excellent condition as far as bathtubs, toilets, kitchen etc. would definitely stay again! Thank you for hosting our family for the perfect fall getaway.

    Bungalow is in a quiet community. Pool is good sized. Beach is short walk but public/private beach fiasco. We would drive to the public beach access right down the road because they had a ramp to pull wagon and it worked out for us. The beach chairs provided are all broken except one so we went and purchased one for our use. We loved it here and would definitely stay again off season before it’s so crowded.
