Stayed Jun 15, 2024My extended family of 11 had a wonderful time at Santa Rosa and in this fabulous house! The beach is beautiful and everyone raved about the bedrooms and house. We enjoyed the pool, bikes, golf cart. I brought lots of my own toys, and in combination, everyone had plenty of activity.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022The property is just a few min walk to the beach. The private boardwalk could use repairs, some broken boards, but you can also walk down the drive to the entrance so it was ok. 360Blue was easy to work with and helpful on a could of issues we had, they were fixed fast. There were 3 moldy pillows in one of the closets that I don’t see how housekeeping missed. We bagged them up and threw them out. The extra ice maker was great! The beach at this property was not crowded at all and you could bring your own tents and chairs. Close walk to restaurant and ice cream shop!

Stayed Jun 18, 2022This home had plenty of room for the nine of us. The rental management company was great we only had one issue with a coffee pot and they delivered us a new one within a couple hours. We wish the pool was bigger and the photos were a little misleading. We would return to this property.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Wonderful home and great location. Well supplied with kitchen accessories. Only two recommendations: the private boardwalk is in need of attention as the grass and plants are taking it over and causing damage to the boards. Also it would have been nice to have bunk beds in the basement room instead of two twins

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We loved the location but were disappointed in a few things. When we arrived the trash was already outside and completly full and through our stay each night animals would eat the trash littering the driveway and with no access to the garage we were unable to put the cans in the garage. We also only had hot water in 1 bathroom and were unable to wash dishes because of no hot water in the kitchen sick. On our 2nd day we saw a large 2inch cockroach which we were told was a common water bug then the next day found another one in our bed. We never got the water issue fixed and were dismissed about the bugs. Loved the location but due to our experience I would not recommend this house or rental company to friends.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969House was lovely, well equipped and clean with spacious rooms. Pool though rather small was adequate for the younger children. With three families we overworked the small washer and dryer. Owe our thanks to the property manager for quickly responding to our hot water issue on day two. They resolved the problem and had it fixed by the time we returned from supper. Loved the close beach access just steps away from our house. It’s a great location within walking distance of a several restaurants and a relatively short drive to the nearest Publix. Need instructions for putting the garbage out for pickup. It appeared that garbage taken out by the previous tenants was still outside in the containers. We didn’t know what day they picked it up to put the containers on the street so they are now filled with our garbage also.
