Beautiful home, great location. We had a great time during our stay. The house is well appointed (pool is amazing), spacious and close to everything!

The location is everything! That said the house was fantastic and the kids loved the pool. Could not recommend the home more! We will be back!

We had an amazing stay! The location of this home is perfect—just a short walk or bike ride to the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a great bonus after a long day at the beach. We will definitely be back.

The location is perfect, you're close to the beach, you have the bakery and a place to get smoothies walking distance. The house is set up just like it looks in the pictures and the family really enjoyed it. Very spacious, we could have family meals and use the space inside or outside by the grill. And of course the little personal pool was a huge hit for after the beach and evenings.

We really enjoyed our stay, more than enough room for our family. House was nice and clean, the pool was such a nice added bonus. The beach was a short walk away.

Absolutely beautiful home! Convenient to the beach and to local restaurants. Property Manager was easy to communicate with (we only had a couple of questions but, received swift and courteous responses). We had a fantastic time and made new memories and this property was a bing part of it.

Although my wife and I have come to 30a for the last 14 years, this was our first time staying in Blue Mountain Beach and the longest stay we've done. We picked this house for the location and pool and weren't disappointed. The house was great. There's a lot of bedrooms, but it's not a large home overall. Plenty of space for families though. The bathrooms were great. Kitchen was great. We cooked quite a bit. The pans were all pretty done, but I reached out to the manager and she brought us a new set asap which was super nice. Some of the furniture and beds were getting a little worn and will need to be replaced soon, but good for now. Management was quick to respond to all my questions which was great. I had no concerns about texting them if needed. Location is really good. Public beach access is a couple of blocks away. You could definitely walk it if you wanted to and would probably take ten minutes. We rented a golf cart and drove to the beach every morning. If you get there by 9am, there was always a parking spot. The beach itself was spectacular. We did beach service every day which I highly recommend. My favorite part of this house was the pool however. It's small, but was just right for us. There's nothing quite like spending a half day or full day at the beach and then coming home for a quick dip in the pool to cool down. Now we're talking about putting this size pool in our own backyard!! :) I'd definitely recommend this property!

We loved the house & didn’t mind the distance of the beach access. Our grandchildren road the bikes to the beach.
